The Tap Room at Dubsdread reviews
15The food was great the cheese burger was cheesy and great. The place is nice and inviting. Manny the waiter was great Friendly, fast and beyond all else cute and nice on the eyes. He took care of the entire group of 4 in my group and made sure our drinks stayed refilled and to check-in on us regularly. Please keep up the great work Manny and that great smile, cutie. YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssss Manny
The service is less than par, food is a bit over priced. You would think with the prices they charge they could do a full remodel.
Went for magical dining. Service was great, food was mediocre at best. Had the blue cheese chips (not good) and buffalo shrimp (just ok). The prime rib dinner was terrible, not sure how the chef cooked the prime rib but it tasted and looked like it was boiled lol. I’ve never seen prime rib look like that. And the entire plate is brown/gray not sure what they were thinking with that presentation. The brownie ice cream was good, only thing I would order again.
I am so glad we found this hidden gem. It’s on a beautiful golf course and is a great place to take guests. The people were very friendly and prompt. The food was out in a timely manner and most of it was really good. I do not recommend the deviled eggs. I will definitely be coming back and bringing visitors. It feels upscale without the stuffiness of pretentious people. No dress code which is nice because It’s hot in Florida and shorts are the norm.
Went for the Magical Dining $40 menu. Food is fantastic and the choices off of the prix fix menu were amazing. Both of us requested our steaks medium and one got it well done and the other got it closer to rare. Overall, great food and great service!
Great appetizers, great drinks, great food, great ambience. It seems, since the pandemic, so many places have suffered in both quality of ingredients and service. Exceeded expectations in both categories here. Will definitely return.
Had the Prime Rib. Amazing. Sat at the bar. The bartenders were attentive, courteous, and fun. We were celebrating my wifes birthday, and they made her feel special. (The drinks didn't hurt either)
Wonderful dining experience. Holly is sweet. She was a very attentive and knowledgeable waitress and the food was bomb! Although we came close to the hour of closing we did not feel rushed. We Will definitely be returning.
Been coming here for decades. Was a go to place. Tonight (July 22,2023) may have ended it. Failure of fans outside, empty tables inside, dripping sweat, aggressive manager invited us to leave after my wife expressed a need for a move and was met with useless excuses and explanations from Abigail without a resolution. Temp was in 90's with real feel close to 100. We left as requested.
Worst management ever experienced in a restaurant.
It was wonderful to dine on the patio late this afternoon. With the ceiling fans and pleasant breeze, it was a wonderful experience, overlooking the golf course. Everyone at our table really enjoyed their meal.
Me and my family came here for lunch. Overall I wasn't blown away by the menu. I think it just didn't have much to choose from on their menu. I mean this is my second visit and I ordered the same dish that I ordered last time, because I didn't see anything else that I wanted. However the restaurant was cute and the service was good.
Chicken Milanese was too heavily seasoned with low quality garlic paste. Water glass was empty more than it had water in it. Waitress was way overwhelmed by stretch in her area. She was trying but it was clearly too much work for 1 waitress.
I was really hoping to give 5 stars for this
celebratory dinner, sadly my fish was over
cooked & my chimichurri sauce was cold.
Our side of asparagus on both plates had an extremely salty spot - guessing it was salted improperly & not disbursed throughout on the vegetable.
I was so looking forward to this dinner on this special occasion and instead left disappointed.
Many of the servers looked to be very
professional/experienced - we unfortunately
received the non-experienced server which did not help our evening experience.
I can give 3 stars for my spouses steak - it was perfectly cooked luckily - just wishing my fish was & I could have enjoyed my special occasion as I planned.
My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new and are so glad we found The Tap Room. We had a fun time.
Super friendly and attentive team - we were immediately greeted when we arrived and our server was great.
Great atmosphere- we sat on the veranda and enjoyed a view of the golf course and saw them set up for a wedding.
Varied menu with something for everyone. I don't eat meat and it was nice to have more than one option (and not just plain salad!) My husband really enjoyed his burger too. Our food was delicious, cooked perfectly and nicely presented.
Drinks menu is good too - be sure to check out the specials card that's separate to the menu. I didn't see it until after I ordered.
We will definitely be back.
