I've had a really terrible experience with Thompson Agency. The women there always have an attitude and act like I am bothering them when I call. Once I called about a question for my quote and was transferred to Cindy. She answered and said "I'm in the middle of something right now, I'm kinda busy". What? I was transferred to you and it was a 2 min question. Courtney is barely any better. Horrible customer service. No idea how they have so many good reviews. They also entered my bank account information wrong which made me miss my first payment with no apologies. My premium also went up and no one notified me.

Fausto Gonzalez was great! He was able to save me $1700.00 a year! I couldn’t believe how much I was overpaying for years. Very professional and fast. Got it done in one day. Give these folks a shot, you won’t be disappointed. I sure wasn’t.

We have been dealing with Michelle Kruse at Thompson agency since purchasing our 2nd home in Cape Coral Fl.in 2009. She has always been very polite and professional. In the past year, after Ian, our home owners insurer went under and Michelle found us a new career, and reasonably priced. So after a few weeks we closed up, lowered our shutters and headed north for the season. Then we were contacted by the new insurance co.after they went to our house to take pictures. They needed to see that the windows were in good condition. AND THEY INSISTED. I then called my Florida neighbor neighbor, he opened the shutters and Michelle went out to our house, took a complete set of pictures and sent them to the insurance company, Wow how do you beat that!
