It’s my first time using this clinic honestly is a waste of money I paid them $234.95 my ticket was $242.00 they went to court 2 times. I called them after the 2 court to see the status on my case they told me you have to still paid $242.00 so I just don’t understand what is they did in my case so my ticket is more expensive now I should of just take the class and paid the ticket. I will never used them again will never recommend this people again to anyone

Always helps when a citation is issued to call the Ticket Clinic. They always seem to get me off the hook & the best part is you don't have to go to court to defend yourself & every time I've had to use them i didn't get points.

Thank you all at ticket clinic, they got my case closed and no points of license, well done, i highly recommend them, I didnt even have to appear in court, their lawyers do it all.

My experience has really been very satisfactory. I spoke with Carolina Román by phone and she is super attentive, super human and above all very professional, she told me step by step my protocol to follow.
What to say the best. Honestly, with so much bureaucracy, my experience in particular was super successful.
They should train more people with their role model, so that clients feel in good hands.

You can go as a Walk in. Our Lady was very friendly; helpfully and explained the Handling of the Ticket very well.
