I had to pay court fees which I didnt know. From 2017 this is something they should inform the client. But the reason why i gave it a 4 is that they pass you inside, to SIT with an agent while the agent is on the phone with another client and you have to wait 10 to whenver they finish the call. VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Now you know. Better wait outside for a free ready agent.
