The Tire Choice (Formerly Rick Johnson), Fort Myers FL

Today I came in to get tires. Jay gave me a better deal than was offered online for a lesser price. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable of his product. I would certainly go back and refer my friends to Tire Choice!

If you like wasting money, come here. Worst experience i've ever had. Jay and everyone else in this store don't know a thing about cars. First time coming in, i was told i needed an alternator for my car. After quoting me at a laughable $1000 they dropped the price to $800 (still a laughable price). I unfortunately agreed, Over a week went by, they made excuses as to why my car wasn't done when i called and were giving me the run around. FINALLY, my car was done after a week. I went in got my car. 4 days later, it dies on the side of the road. I tow it back in, they say i needed an oil change. After arguing with me in the store and being very aggressive about paying for an oil change (when that should have been checked to begin with) the manager was called, and he let my car go. 5 miles down the road, my oil starts leaking and an explosion occurs under my car. Again, having to unsafely pull over. I call for a tow to my dealership, after dealing with "mechanics" from this store. They fixed my problem within a week, i called Monroe (HQ of Tire Choice) and i got every cent back from this location.

They were very friendly and helpful to us this morning. We were from out of town and had a flat the night before. They got in and out in 1 hour for 2 tires!

Was going to come here but read the bad reviews and the owner is pretty snide and rude to the people who had a bad experience. That is not the way to do business and get new customers.

Finally a guy that knows his stuff, Rob is great, he got me in and out fast with exactly what I needed. The right tires at the right price, courteous polite and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this shop for service.

Scheduled my appointment online and when I came in, Paul helped me get everything situated. They guys are all wicked cool and knowledgeable, they answered any questions I had and recommend things I may need on my service. Another friend recommend I come here and glad she did. I’ll be coming here for anything I’ll need in the future because they were so awesome on my service and prices are extremely reasonable!

Was referred here by coworkers after having some bad experiences at other places. Paul took care of me with the work i needed done with a very smooth process, i had to come back a few days later for a completely different issue and he took care of it free of charge since i had just been there, even gave me a ride back to work so i wouldn't have to sit and wait. Definitely the best place I have found in the area.

Went to Tires Plus just down the road to get an estimate on a tire change, alignment and A/C check. Then went here and Rob was the nicest guy giving me deals on everything (saving 100+ in comparison to Tires Plus) I needed and had an opening when I walked in but got me a better deal that wasn’t available till Monday. Super helpful and knowledgeable guy that gave great customer service and didn’t try to BS about any upgrades that weren’t necessary. Looking forward to the appointment we set up Monday. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family.

Paul was very helpful and informative. He had the work done in record time even during remodeling his shop.

Honesty is a rare find these days when it comes to repair shops. Look no further than Tire shop. Took my vehicle with a tire valve leak to Tire Kingdom off Colonial Blvd and they wanted 120.00 to replace the whole valve assembly. Paul just replaced the stem for 1/3 pf the cost. Fast, fair price and.yes, honest work. Ask for Paul and rest easy.

Staff was great very knowledgeable. I thought I needed new brakes. Rob suggested we start with an inspection.after the inspection it turns out all my brakes needed was a good cleaning to remove some dirt from were I was off road. Thanks for taking the time to find the problem and not just putting brake on like i insisted I needed. I would definitely recommend this place.

Paul is so very personable. I was greeted with a smile. The store is in renovations and I believe it will be inviting and fresh. I received excellent customer service and will be returning for service.

Rob at the front desk was so amazing and explained everything to me before they took my car back and was so friendly. The techs did an amazing job fixing my car.
