This place is a joke, I have a 2011 mustang that has nice rims and they couldn’t get one off and completely messed up my rim leaving scuffs and marks all over it, and still charged me. Never come here

The manager was nasty, inappropriate, and rude.
We went there with a scheduled appointment to look at a tire problem. After the technician had the car up on the lift and saw that there was a nail in the tire we asked if the tire was covered under warranty since the tires were only put on the car 4 months ago.
The manager began to state that he was too busy to deal with any customers at the time. He had a pile of paperwork that needed to be done before he could "deal with anyone". He began to berate us that we were told we would have to leave the car, which was never stated since we had no idea what the exact problem was. He didn't even plug the tire and had us take the car and leave the shop.
The manager was an absolute dread of a person and the employee looked embarrassed to be around him as he berated an 87 year old lady.
Would not recommend this location amymore.
We went to the location in Downtown at 996 Central Ave and they took care of the problem without any issues or attitude.

The customer service is great. I was heading out if town and needed brake work and they got me right in and out. They resolved all my issues in a timely matter. Highly recommend.

Kris was an amazing sales associate he found the problem fixed it and kept it all within my budget I will be recommending him to all of my friends

These guys saved me a lot of time and energy as they helped me deal with a flat tire. I went to them with a rental car that had just had a flat and instead of taking advantage of an out-of-stater, they patched it and told me to go trade the car at my rental spot, which I did. They didn't charge me a dime!

Great service from the whole team, I had several issues with my 2003 explorer and they were all addressed professionally, could not ask for better, Orlando the manager explained everything clearly, set the schedule and was 100% on time, and the prices were very fair. Would not use anyone else now in this area. If you find a good one stick with it, it pays off.

The guys at rick Johnson are great! They gave me a good quote on an oil change for my Mercedes. They got me in early and I was out in no time!

I have gone here twice now for oil changes. Both times I was very pleased with the service. Friendly employees and a good price for the oil change. They even handed me a cold water bottle with my receipt when I checked out. That’s excellent customer service in my book. I’ve recommended this place to family and will continue to go back here.

I don't know what happened but I left my vehicle for an oil change at 3pm and was told to come back in an hour and 15 minutes. When I got back nothing had been done. There seemed to be a problem between the worker and the person in charge. I would not be comfortable going back until someone talks to me about what happened.

Needed an oil change. I was lucky and They had a cancellation. Got right in and they called when car was finished. (Took about 1 hour).

Very efficient and honest in an evaluation of what I deemed to be a potential problem. Wilfredo was easy to work with. A good experience.

Bin here more than a few times its accually my oplace i have always gone to “about to change” great customer service only one huge turn off is they take extremly long they always seem to be back tracked 100% of the time i never bin there and there not backtracked meaning expecte to at least be sitting in there for 3 hrs im it has not bin any shorter than that ever. Other than that they do a good job

Walk in. I needed to make a appointment very nice young mens greeted me. The had a cancelation due to wrong part. They did a excellent work on my vehicle.fantastic service. I wish other business would be like yours

BIG shoutout to Orlando and his team! Been coming here for awhile now. They installed a set of new rims and tires on my Camaro and did a great job. Great pricing and even better customer service.
