This message is for the owner of this place on Saturday I went to this place these two workers for a change of rims with rubbers they just had to take out my rims and put new ones that I already had with rubbers and everything they charged me $80 plus $20 dollars for balancing each rubber that is to say $120 dollars that is an abuse but they are not worried they were

I had to drive on a flat tire, 3 miles before I arrived at the tire house, which the guy that was there did not want to help me and told me to go somewhere down the street on a flat tire. I am a single mom this was no help for me bad service

I passed by last Saturday for a plug replacement and I paid $22 (credit card fees) and next day my tire was low in air. I asked him if he can double check what exactly happened and I noticed rim was leaking air because was not properly installed. As soon he done installing it, he asked me additional $15 dollars for some BS sealer that was supposed to be done and check before installation.

Really bad experience. I am a frecently customer and the last time that i took my car for a flat tire they messed up my nuts and bolts, striped them all. I went to talk to the manager since I know everyone makes mistakes, but instead of finding a solution he talk to me in a rude way i can say very disrespectful, telling me that i was lying and they wasnt going to fix anything. He walk away from me saying he doesnt have anything else to talk about. I don’t recommend it, I believe customer service is very important and they do not have anything of that. I had to fix the mistake on my own expenses.

Really bad experience and disrespecful management. They act like they don't care about customer service. They are good to charge you but no good to solve problems. I will suggest you to go somewhere else and avoid a headache

Tried to do something, had to wait forever for an English speaker and never got assistance. Taking my money elsewhere.

I came to this place to change my tire and the guy that works there pocketed my lock key for my wheels. The guy who claims to be the owner is rude and disrespectful. Do not go here. Bad for business

Five minutes ago, I called the shop to inquire about a tire for my car. A worker picked up the phone with limited English and tried to assist me. I politely requested a worker who speaks English to assist me. The worker hunged up the phone in my face. I guess this company does not serve English speakers.

Prices aren’t bad. I however did have an issue. Got a used tire to get me back on the road quickly.
Tire went flat on me about an hour later. Went back to have them check on it and rim was now leaking air. Rim wasn’t leaking air before I got there, but whatever, things happen so I don’t want to point finger. But, my issue is they went and charged me $10 for checking the tire.
Doesn’t seem right to be charged for having the same tire you just bought off them inspected again when it went flat. And let’s say I did have a leaking rim when I went, they didn’t catch it when they mounted the tire. Seems neglectful.

In conclusion: kinda cheap, but might come back to haunt you if anything goes wrong. Will try to get more money out of you. Definitely not returning here.
