The Tristan Apartments, Pensacola FL

I can’t say enough good things about living here at The Tristan! I’ve been here a month, and I keep finding more and more reasons why I love it.

The application and approval process was quick, efficient, and thorough. My girlfriend and I were moving from out-of-state, so we really appreciated Bri going above and beyond to make sure we were getting an apartment that would fit our needs perfectly. Bri was extremely communicative and responsive. She helped us find the right unit and I can’t thank her enough.

Once we got here, we were amazed at how beautiful the place is. Even though the pictures look amazing online, it’s even better in person. Even though the apartments are right on nine mile, it’s still very calm & serene and you can’t even tell that you’re near a major roadway. This is great because you have the perfect location to get anything you’d need within a 10 minute drive, are close to the highway to get to downtown or the beaches, yet it still seems quiet and peaceful.

The amenities are great. The gym is awesome & open 24/7. The pool area is amazing with cabanas, grills, and an outdoor tv/lounge area. The business/conference rooms are another great feature — and who doesn’t love a coffee bar!

The last point I wanted to touch on is the convenience that The Tristan has ensured for its residents. The smart-phone tap feature to unlock building doors is super easy and useful. I love the valet trash service! And submitting a maintenance request is super simple and streamlined. All of these are handled through apps. HUGE shout out to Thomas, one of the maintenance crew, he’s hands down the best! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and always has a fantastic attitude.

We are beyond thrilled and happy with our choice to move to The Tristan!

I can't say enough about Lauren Gasper, the property manager at Tristan Apartments. From the moment I moved in, her exceptional customer service has made me feel right at home. She goes above and beyond to address any issues or requests I have, always with a friendly and reassuring demeanor. Living in such a beautiful property is a joy, but having someone like Mrs. Gasper taking care of everything truly enhances the experience. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home.

Great Location, Hotel Like Feel, Super Friendly Staff!

While looking for a new apartment I can across the Tristan on 9 mile, the staff are all so welcoming, Bri helped me find the apartment of my dreams, I chose a 1 br on the second floor, what I love so much about this community was the architecture as well as the hotel like feel, there are 3 buildings, each in a U sort of shape with a courtyard, grill and fire pit. Each build is secured, the entrances to the apartments are all on interior carpeted hallways, it's always nice to step inside to a nice ac controlled environment, carpeted elevators, each apartment has luxury touches not found in other apartments, from each room having a central ac return unit, pendant lights above the island sink, glass door showers with real tile.

Once a month they do a social event, the community is so welcoming and open.

There are plenty of garages around the property for rent for extra storage.

EV charging, the community has EV chargers, they actually have plans for 4 pedestals, with 2 ports at each, more than any other community.

Internet is supplied by AT&T fiber, with a state of the are router, and multiple fiber jacks in the apartment (my 1 bedroom had 4 ports). You can choose of speeds such as 300mbps down and 300mbps upload, or 500/500,1gb/1gb, 2gb/2gb and lastly, you can get insanely fast 5gb/GB speeds.

The pool is large, able to accommodate a good amount of people, around the pool are floats to use, a few table games and an outside bar area with massive TV to enjoy. The community provides pool towels (as long as you return to dirty bin)

The weight room is massive, once a month they have a fitness or yoga class for free,

You can rent, for free, one of two conference rooms in the hotel, I mean clubhouse for your needs, there is also a wonderful art and crafts room, while not my cup of tea, it's such a genius idea to have.maybe one day one of the staff members with coax me into painting.

Valet trash 7 is offered days a week and a car wash area will be open soon, also they use a pet DNA system, so long gone are the days of people not picking up after their pets, or risk of fines. All grassy areas are also not near entrances.

Just looking thru my pictures you can see wonderful decor and architecture around, so many pieces make the Tristan feel like a resort from the pool and free towels, to the secured building ac blasting and with nice carpet throughout the elevator.

I have lived here since April and I usually like to wait a few months before writing a reviews so here it goes.

The experience so far has been awesome, the appartments are really nice, it was a very simple process, and the residents are great.

I have lived in "Luxury" appartments before however in my eyes part of the renting experience is not only the appartment itself but the experience as a whole and this is where all of my other rental experiences have lacked. (Property Management)

I recently ran into a debacle that I created and the staff was absolutely amazing with helping me out. Both the ladies that run the leasing office and the property manager. They are prompt with any questions, they are extremely kind, they are super easy to work with, and genuinely care about their tenants and their property. THIS SHOWS BIG TIME!

I could go on and on but I'll stop here for now. This truly is not just a luxury appartment, but it's a luxury experience and I appreciate that. If you are on the fence about leasing here hopefully this review was helpful just do it.

I've been living at The Tristan for about two weeks and have nothing but positive things to say about the complex and the staff. Specifically, Lauren and CJ have shown me nothing but kindness and have been extremely helpful. For example, I asked about raising some of my closet shelves as my clothes are tall and they were more than happy to accommodate and adjust the shelves for me.
The 1x1 apartment is beautiful. Admittedly, I have the advantage of being the first resident to ever live in the unit. Nevertheless, it is extremely clean (bug free) and the layout is well designed. It feels spacious despite being less than 800 sq feet. I can easily fit a king bed into my bedroom along with a dresser and nightstand. I was worried about storing my belongings as I am coming from a 2x2, however, there is ample closet and cabinet space throughout the unit. There is an elevator inside of the building which made moving much easier. My only advice would be to select a unit a few doors down from the elevator so you don't hear the foot traffic.
The clubhouse is one of the highlights of living here. Residents have 24/7 access to the main lounge, conference rooms, mailroom, and gym. The gym has almost everything you could ever need. You can get a great workout in and will have little need for a commercial gym membership unless you want to lift very heavy.
From my experiences so far, I can confidently recommend living at The Tristan.

The staff at The Tristan is absolutely amazing, professional, responsive and attentive! The lux apartments are beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The pool and clubhouse is inviting and the gym is state of the art! I Love it here!

I recently moved to The Tristan and I couldn't be happier. It's the perfect place to live with its excellent amenities, great location and friendly staff. The Tristan is luxurious, yet not too expensive, and everything you need is at your fingertips. I'm so happy that I chose this place to settle down in and couldn't recommend it more!

Great complex. Friendly staff, outstanding amenities…and relaxed atmosphere. Exactly what was presented.

My partner and I moved into a 1x1 traditional (10/10 would absolutely freaking recommend) :

PROS:
- newly built and you can tell that every detail was meticulously thought out

- 1x1 layouts feel much bigger than they are and it’s perfect for a couple like us. We placed a 12 foot x 5 foot sectional in the living room and it is absolutely perfect. We have a full sized bed, but I’ve heard other residents fit up to a King with no problem and room left over

- there is a plethora of storage throughout the apartment

- access to the clubhouse 24/7 that even has an arts and crafts room. This is one of my favorite perks and it’s so peaceful, i don’t have to go to a coffee shop when I really want to focus because the clubhouse creates that space perfectly. There are also conference rooms too

- the pool is incredible:) they provide towels for you which is awesome. Definitely the biggest I’ve seen for an apartment complex and the gym is top notch. There are also games like cornhole scattered throughout the grounds for a quick play, as well as a ping pong table and other large sized games!

- Being right off West Nine Mile while still not being able to hear the cars is super nice! You’re within 5 minutes to Publix or Winn Dixie, a lot of new restaurants and just 15 minutes to downtown

- There. Are. No. Pests. We all know how virtually every insect thrives in Florida but I haven’t seen a single one in my apartment or the breezeways. That’s a big kudos to the pest control here.

- it just feels safe. We have been here for less than a month and there is definitely a sense of small community and everyone is so friendly. We love opening our windows and playing music during the day (not too loud). Shout out to the team and staff for working so hard!

- the price is right for everything you get

CONS:
- I can’t think of a single thing I would change about my experience so far. I didn’t think I wanted to live in West Nine Mile but turns out it’s honestly really great!

After having to move out of another place in PNS due to a roach infestation once we found The Tristan, it was the easiest decision to make. It was even better that the staff, particularly Ivonna and Lauren, made the entire process so seamless start to finish. I’ve never left a review before for an apartment but after everything my partner and I have been through, it feels necessary to talk about how incredible our experience has been so far. Oh, and best of all pet friendly!:) I am so happy to call The Tristan my home. You can’t put a price on safety and bug free home!

I absolutely love living here. Lauren is an amazing property manager, she caters to all of her residents needs. Ivonna is a super amazing leasing consultant who has made our move in process super easy and painless. CJ caters to any maintenance request us as residents need very quickly and efficiently. Once a month we have resident events where we all come together and get to know our neighbors. There is amazing amenities here, the gym is great, the pool is absolutely beautiful, they provide towels and plenty of
pool toys. The Tristan staff makes the living experience here feel like a big family.

Living at The Tristan has been a great experience so far. Everyone is very friendly and really take the time to get to know you. The apartments are beautiful, the clubhouse top tier, and the gym has just about everything you could want.

The Tristan is a brand new apartment complex nothing short of luxurious. From the moment you walk into the clubhouse to the time you enter your new home you will love each second.

My experience with the staff was great. Ivonna, Matt, and CJ are valuable members of The Tristan team! They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They ensured I loved my new apartment and answered any questions I had throughout the process.

The clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym, conference rooms, an art room, and my favorite - a spacious pool area including outdoor games and a shaded seating area with tables. The mail room inside the clubhouse is climate controlled and accessible at any time.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone in the area looking for a new place to call home!

Really nice apartments! Nicest I’ve seen in Pensacola! Definitely luxury compared to others I’ve seen! They have a really nice pool and gym, and offer yoga by the pool. The club house has conference rooms, and art room, games and seating areas to just chill. You mail box is inside the club house so it is temperature controlled. For the apartment itself you are able to pick out a floor plan, which is really nice and there are many options. The kitchen is nice and has an island with a sink. You can choose wether you want a stand up shower or one with a bathtub. And The balcony is nice and spacious!
