Rented my son a suit for prom here. The initial fitting went well. He was able to pick it up on time and everything was clean well pressed and ready to go! It was a great experience!

I would not recommend this store, Our experience was a nightmare. Father of the Bride and father of the groom both ordered and paid for suits in early December 2021. We did not get their suits - or the Groom's suit until March 9th and the wedding was the 12th. Crystal told me 3 weeks prior that my husbands (FOB) suit would be in and ready to be picked up by the first of March - of course covid was to blame for taking so long - but my son could order a suit that day and it would be in at the same time. When "A" suit did finally came in on the 2nd of March she tried to pass it off as my husbands suit that was ordered- we knew it was wrong but she would not admit to it until we showed her a picture of the suit that was ordered. She then proceeded to throw her employee under the bus for ordering a rush shipment from another company - never her fault (when in fact she knew it was not the suit that was ordered!). I don't feel like she was ever honest with us! Had she have not lied at every opportunity I would not have given her this review - but I did not feel we could trust anything she said! The day I returned the rental suits there was a young man ordering a suit- after she told my son she was not going to SELL suits any longer - at any rate, she told the young man she would have his suit in the next week. Wonder WHY she could manage to get his suit in so quick when the our 3 suits took almost 4 months. I appreciate honesty from a business - and I do not believe you will get it at this store.

Being a mother to an LGBTQ queen my daughter will be graduating this year. I wanted to go to a place that will welcome her with open arms and THE TUXXMAN is the place to be. We were welcomed with a smile as soon as we walked in by Crystal. My daughter and I looked around and she picked out 2 tuxedoes. Realizing that my daughter’s first option was exactly what she was looking for. Crystal went straight to work and she knew without asking my daughter how she wanted to be fitted. My daughter was so very excited and felt so very comfortable with her which of course warmed my heart. I cannot wait to see my beautiful LGBTQ queen in her tux for her prom. Thank you so much Crystal.

Ordered a custom 2 peice suit was waiting for them to call to get my pants hymed and a month goes by before I call and find out they never put the order in for my suit to begin with

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I’m the Groom and they did amazing above and beyond! I have Veteran Groomsmen from different states, and they contacted all of them got there sizes and told me to pick up my suites just 2 days before the wedding! I thought that would be impossible but man! They stayed Late till 11pm thanksgiving day then came in 8am Friday morning to fix my groomsmen suites and they also had 2 other weddings that weekend and still nailed it! No mistakes at all! They custom made my vest because I was so picky! They just told me “We will make your day special”! The Quality of the Clothes are Great as well! If you don’t want to stress for your big day over this… TUXMAN is the Place! Pay for what you get which is Quality service!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing our experience has been working with the staff at Tuxxman Tuxedo. I’m surprised to have learned there are any type of negative reviews about this place because their service is outstanding! As soon as I walked into Tuxxman, I immediately felt so comfortable with the staff and the atmosphere. They are two of the nicest ladies I have ever met, and they always make sure to divide their time wisely to meet all of our needs. I’m working with a party of about 11 men and they have been so organized and have even called people who are out of state to work in their sizes. I’m so happy with my experience here, and I 100% will recommend choosing this service to everyone and for everything!

Crystal and Nichole went above and beyond to make our wedding amazing!
Firstly, my wife and I were not sure what to expect due to some negative reviews and almost didn’t give Tuxxman a chance. Now that the event is over, we can both 100% endorse the attention and service you will receive by working with them.
Crystal was completely supportive of our alternative coloring palate and immediately threw out some interesting ideas on how to make it even better. I thought I looked great in the jacket I asked for but, Crystal, in all her years’ experience, urged me to try on a different cut. I was skeptical but, I am so glad that she did! I looked amazing and everyone of my squad did as well.
Tuxxman pricing is very affordable and the quality meets expectations. We will be returning for other attire needs and highly recommend walking into the Tuxxman.

My son needed to be outfitted for Senior Prom and the Gulf Coast Tuxxman did an amazing job. They took all the time to help him select, and let him try on multiple choices. He looked very sharp in the classic tuxedo he choose, and they did a final fitting at pick-up. We're very happy with their service

My best friend chose The Tuxxman for wedding rentals and let me tell you that these people know how to make you look good! We had slim fit suits and I loved them. Only complaint is that the shoes were a little stiff but that could have also been affected by colder weather and prolonged standing. Crystal and Nicole are very pleasant and easy to work with. Nicole also does your alterations on site and will have them done in a timely manner. The store is located in a popular plaza so there are plenty of places to shop or eat at while alterations are being done. Wish I had lived in town so see what the outfit would have looked like. I would certainly have purchased instead of just rented. Give these guys the chance to make you look great for your special occasions!

This place is above and beyond in every way! My 2020 senior was having a private photo shoot with Andrews Media of Fort Myers (amazing people-see attached photos) and needed a tux. This was the 2nd tux we'd rented and the fittings were on point. He looked amazing and the photographer commented on how well his tux fit! We were so happy with the selection and more so with the excellent customer service! We will be back soon to rent again for an upcoming wedding. THANK YOU TUXXMAN!

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and super accommodating to me and my family. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent/purchase suit. It was a great experience!
