These are the BEST BOWS ever! So happy we found The Ultimate Bow Company! We can’t for our squads to sparkle on the sidelines this year!

I’m all the way from South New Jersey. This would be My third season using Ultimate Bow, and they always deliver Amazing Top Quality Bows. My cheerleaders and I love them, and will continue to use them for more seasons to come. The coaches before me used other company’s, and their bows have not lasted in good condition the way ultimate bows do. My cheerleaders do events all year long, and the bows still look brand new till this day. Highly recommend if you want good quality, long lasting beautiful bows.

Lucky they got a star. Pretty petty customer service. So I ordered once before, it took 2 weeks just for a response then 2 more weeks for shipment before I even received it. (Fl to va.it's not a long distance) Busy season, but I tried again for another one, I really liked having a souvenir of an event I attended, none the less I politely asked for an acknowledgment of order, waited for a week got nothing, sent another email the next week, speed up and sent sent 4 emails, 3 voicemails asking for an update and nothing. Finally gave up and requested a refund since they couldn't give the courtesy of acknowledgment. Must have struck a nerve bc less than 5 min later, instant refund, no explanation. Well as a gift I got a gift card and figured why not, need to complete my collection and ordered once again. Immediately cancelled by them and when I replied asking why was told " can't fulfill this order have a good summer " ok, replied "was is seasonal or something, got reply"as I said before I can't fulfill this order have a good summer". Yeah, pretty obvious now it's personal. So asked since I paid with a non refundable gift card how are they going to refund my money.no response. Probably the worst customer service with a very petty attitude. Etsy has better options and customized products. Save your time and money.

! Your bows are poorly made, the sequins fall off everywhere, and you make a mess. Do not buy from here!

Soooo grateful for the customer service at The Ultimate Bow. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to order my team's bows until only a week before our first game. The team at The Ultimate Bow was absolutely amazing and helpful every step of the way. They were even able to get the bows to us in time for our first game (a miracle)!
