I had a very negative experience at this UPS store a few weeks ago. The employees at this place are decently pleasant, although not friendly. My issue was the lack of care and respect as far as Covid is concerned. Every single customer in the store was wearing a mask, but neither of the employees were wearing one. They don’t even have plexiglass installed at the counter like many establishments do now. Not only that, one of the employees was constantly coughing, practically on the customers. In times like these, it feels very uncomfortable to be in a small space, with people having no consideration for their customer’s safety.

Absolutely rude and disgusting. The guy who appear to be the owner had an attitude with me when it came time to get a label for my shipping. He was very inconsiderate as to my request if he can just print it for me I was fine with paying the fee but did not want to touch anything due to the Covid and he was very inconsiderate and laughed in my face as I had my six year old with me.

There was a young kid there he was super nice and was printing something for me and then the owner was not content with him printing something for me and with an attitude ordered me to use the computer in the corner. I walked out and went to another UPS. Horrible horrible store stay away

Back in February this year I went to UPS to mail a box to my son who is overseas the lady that help me out she insists to send boxes Of goodness for the military that was the sweetest thing she ever said to me so from then on they keep sending boxes from this UPS office for the military overseas very very sweet and I thank you for that lady to help me thank you again!

Store hours listed on door and on voice message when calling says open at 8: 00am on Fridays. Here now at 9: 30 and the store is closed. No one in the store, no one answers when calling.

Hours on door and voicemail say Saturday 9-2: 30. Well it’s almost 10am and still nobody here working. There was a line and everyone left. What a waste of time.

It was hotter inside than outside and the gentleman inside I think named name Jason was very friendly and speedy in labeling my package. However, while we were talking, a rude Indian gentleman came over and completely talked over top of us about a vehicle like I didn't exist. Even though he said "hi dear" This might explain why I was the only customer in the store.

Shout out to Jason at this store! We shipped many items of my Dad's back home as he passed away. It was emotional just walking his stuff into the store. Jason was kind, offering his condolences. Jason was accommodating and compassionate. We're moved to tears by his kind actions. I'd highly recommend this UPS store above all others!

Arrived at the store 15 min before close. The guy was pulling the gate down and about to walk out the door. He then proceeded to tell me the computers were turned off and he wouldn't be able to give me a receipt for my package. If a business is supposed to be open a set schedule, then they should follow that! Now my package is going to be a day late because of this employee that wanted to leave early! I will go to a different UPS store from this point on

I got involved with this store after a bad experience I had with the UPS Store at 1242 SW Pine Island Rd Ste 42 Cape Coral, 33991. I walked out of that store because the people there refused to call the people they are doing the work for and paying the bill. I did not want to be involved in deciding what the cost of insurance I wanted or how I liked the shipment packed. The other UPS did not want to do this. This store at 2710 Del Prado had no trouble doing this. Thank You,

I would give zero stars if possible for their rude demeanor regarding "policy" on my dead grandmothers 7 boxes of broken items packaged and OK'd by your location oh and a huge Thank you for refunding the shipper instead of me for your screw up. Great job guys.well not really.

This place should get zero stars. Took an hour to ship a package. The counter guy, Jason, was worthless. Lazy, incompetent, slow, and had the energy of a rock. The workers at the regular post office are superstars in comparison. Won't be back.

Haley and Brittany both helped me on different projects in the the same day.from the minute I stepped into the store until completion of my projects there customer service was OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY, and extremely
quick! I highly recommend this store!

I just left the ups store I was in there to ship a package there were 2 men one was helping someone and the other was on the phone 4 more customers came in and Jason healed to t he other mn to help. He came out and I said I was next he had an attitude a nd helped the gentlemen next to me I said excuse me I was next he said go some were else if you don't like it. I said you attitude suck and you have no personal skills he said then don't co. E here tho so.e were else. I waited f or Jason yo help me. This man has no respect an I will not use theme a again

Avoid this store. Very rude, terrible customer service. Was told that the computers were down but later found out that he just does not like to do DirecTV returns.

Dropped off my package with a prepaid label on Monday and on Friday it was still not showing shipped. Who knows what the store did with the package. When I called all the man who answered would say is call the main UPS number and we have no liability. Whomever the man was that was working Monday 12/4/17 around 12pm did not do his job!

Shipping at Christmas time is a real hassle but they made it simple and easy! I went there expecting to ship UPS at an incredibly expensive price but what I didn't realize was they shipped USPS! The associate was incredibly helpful and extremely nice! The owner was a sweetheart also! I would highly recommended this store!

USPS delivered to wrong address. The owner once again was a sweetheart and sent me in the right direction and a phone number! Thank you!

Where the bad reviews came from is a mystery to me as Customer Service is fantastic!

The below review has been left by a very disgruntled person or a competitor. None of the information is TRUE.
We strive to meet the needs of all customers. Unfortunately, there are times when more is simply not enough. Fortunately the vast majority of customers feel the services are far above standard.
I would personally welcome the opportunity to discuss any issues anyone may have with this store with the goal of making things right. We try to work with everyone but you can’t make everyone happy who will always see a glass half empty.

This UPS Store used to be my favorite. In the last year the managers attitudes began to change. Now they charge for tape and to print a barcode on their computer. In all reality you are just printing out a barcode, or taping up a box to bring him business. Then to drop off mail for the United States Post Office there used to be free now he wants to charge, when the post office goes there regardless. He lies about the price difference in using the post office and using UPS. He blames it all on his boss that is supposedly overseas and watches everything on a camera. Besides the manager the rest of the staff is nice, Unfortunately they have been ruined due to his management. I rather drive the extra 3 minutes to Cape Pkwy Ups.
FYI the person on top who left the 5 stars is an employee

Too much talk between employees. Waited for them to finish a long conversation, although we did get to see our mail delivery person, it was a bit too much to pay for the light weight package I sent to my sister and her husband for their wedding anniversary. In the future I will go elsewhere.
