The UPS Store, Palm Harbor FL

First time ever that I go to make a return (that is paid for by the vendor I'm returning to) and was charged $2.00 for them to print the return label. ONE PIECE OF PAPER! Shopped online since 1994 and this is the first time I've been charged by a UPS Store to print a return label, which they get paid to do by vendors everywhere! Total rip off.

When I questioned the owner she responded it was her paper.

Contacted vendor and they stated I should not have been charged at all!

AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEY DON'T WEAR MASKS!

The biggest waste of time in my life. I was waiting at the register for 30 min while 1 person was working and both computers were broken. Try going to Goin Postal on Tampa road instead. Save your time.

I use them for printing and shipping. It's like having your own personal assistant at the ready. If I need something, I call and they'll either print it or design it. They really do make life easier for me as a small business owner.

This is my go to location for our printing needs, especially our menus. Lizz and Timmie are outstanding people and such a great help to our business. I would highly recommend this location for your business printing needs.

Generally I have a good experience here, but today I had to print a ups label, which I was told to email to them. Which I thought, wow that's easy. As I stepped to leave, I was told there is a 96cent charge. I 1st thought that's a lot for a print out, then when I looked at the receipt, I noticed 75cents was for emailing them and. 14 cents for the print out. One that would have been something they should have first stated, and two. 75 to email. What! That is ridiculous. It should also be disclosed before offering someone to email you.
It's not the $$ but the principle.

Awful! Customer service. Offensive owner will scream at you and call you names. That kind of attitude is not acceptable! I will be contacting UPS corporate about this.

Today I went to use their computer asked the price they said it was $2 minimum and 30 cents for each additional minute. I said OK, I told them I was at another UPS store and could not get logged on to the E mail account that I needed to print out information. They said OK, go ahead and try, I tried it and a employee tried to assist me and tried some advance assist to try to get that account logged on we could not by the time we're done it was $2.14, I said do I have to pay for this and she has yes it automatically bills. If you own a business and a customer is not able to use your equipment to get to the information they need why would you charge them if all that time was spent with an employee trying to access the information the customer wanted. I will not use this store anymore and probably not use UPS stores due to either poor equipment or customer service. They just nickel and dime you thinking that that's more important than helping a customer. Hopefully somebody in the company or at this location reads us and says why are we being so petty, that customer should've been given his money back or refunded that charge on his card because we couldn't provide a service for him.

Customer service was very bad when I mistakenly thought I had called this store for my blueprints. I had called the location in palm harbor but since I have been coming to this Clearwater location for years I assumed I had called this one. Instead of politely letting me know my mistake the girl who was working was very rude waving her hands and telling me she “has never seen me here ever. ”

This place is amazing, the people who work there are very helpful and all around awesome. Whenever I gotta ship something I go to this ups store and they make the process super easy. Thanks to all the staff

I had to return something to amazon and was in and out! Service was great and staff was friendly!

I called just now, but forgot the lady's name with whom I spoke with on the phone. August 8,2019. She was so congelit and professional. I am always treated well at the seabreeze plaza, and they offer a lot of services. Power of attorney for one example. I also have good experience with the 2 ladies, Trina and Jasmine in Clearwater.

This is by far the best UPS store I’ve ever been to! It’s way way way better than any of the other stores in the area. First off they are always friendly when you go in. Always. They are also extremely helpful. Jennifer is a rock star. I had a large item that needed an odd sized box and she totally helped me out. I mean I had this stuff in pieces. She was amazing! If I would have gone to another store there’s no way I would have gotten this support. Thank you!

This location never disappoints. The are always kind and courteous. They never hesitate to help and answer questions.

Great graphic design services! Try them, they can do it all! Print, Design, shipping, you name it.

Nice place! Never any problems, quick service! Whenever I have to do mail outs for Amazon or Etsy or eBay or things that I have sold through my college, I always come here. I also have sent things for my daughter for gifts and the staff make sure that everything is packed nicely and will not break on the journey all the way through several States. I find that courtesy very hopeful and also very pleasant when I am concerned about something I need to send to family or friends. This place is great and they will serve you quickly and with a smile.

I've been going to this store for over a year now and I've always received the best possible service. The owner goes above and beyond helping others, perfect example is where she helped me with the shipping of many boxes filled with donations for affected areas. I've been to many stores and while it may not the closest one to me I choose to go to this store because the service is exemplary and I know my packages will be cared for as if they were their own.

Just WOW! This customer service is over the top! I have had a box there since the day they opened and never disappointed with service.they aren’t just a business, they treat you like family!

Always super great service, they give a lot more than you could ask for from a simple pack and shop place.
