I had a difficult package to ship and Will made is easy and took control of the packaging and getting it ready to send. That was my first time at that location but because of Will's expertise and excellent customer service, I will continue to go to that location!

The female manager is very rude. She tried to charge me an extra $100 to ship my package, not knowing that her employee gave me an estimate earlier that day. Everyone else is extremely nice, even her sister lol.

This UPS Store is awesome. I am a small business owner and have rented a mailbox at this location since 2012. The staff is great.always professional and polite. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

If you need to print stick to FedEx. I came here to print something out and a $10 hold was placed on my account for what reason? I have no idea.

Pretty reliable, staff has always been kind. The prices are outrageous ($12.00 to ship a 1lb t-shirt on the slowest time frame they offer), but it's a convenient location.

I drop a lot of packets off here and never had any issues. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful as well. My only gripe is the cost of printing, it does not cost as much as you are charging. Kind of a rip off especially if you need to use the computer briefly! It’s 2019, not 1995!

I drop a lot of packages here and they always promptly scan the item in for me. Parking is usually plentiful as well.

I had a QR code from Amazon but it expired so amazon sent me a print the label email. UPS sent me away not allowing me to return my package because I did not have 72 cents. I asked for them to help me out so I don’t have to drive back across town but apparently they need three quarters more than my future business ever again.

It took them forever to come out to the counter and service me. I had to call out to them 3x and after some time they FINALLY came out. Once they were able to provide me with service all was well, they were respectful, courteous, and apologetic. All in all the visit turned out fine.

The store hours are 8: 30am-7pm on Monday-Friday. I arrived at 850 am and waited until 9: 10 am and still there was no one here to open the store. This is ridiculous. 2 other customers were here before me waiting for them which is unbelieveable. I ended up having to leave because some people actually have to be at work on time!

Fantastic customer service! Came in w/an amazon return. Box untaped and unlabeled; the lady at the counter offered to package the items up for me so I could be in and out.

This UPS location stole a phone I was shipping to my mom and gave me the hardest time when I requested to file a claim. I had to threaten to get local law enforcement involved because they refused to assist me. They were also very nasty to my husband! I'll use USPS from now on!

I sent a package on thurs, got the same shipment on Saturday at my house. I don’t know what happened to the return label I taped on the box. I tracked my return label and it’s supposed to be on its way back to Louisville where it’s supposed to be heading!

Absolutely shameful place. The owner chooses to charge almost $3 for one sheet of paper to be printed. FedEx is. 60 CENTS! Other UPS also charges only cents vs this place. Rip off and down right ridiculous. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere like I did. FedEx is ten times better and doesn’t suffer from greed.

I'm so glad that there is a place in my area that uses DHL services. UPS Store 6193 was so attentive to my needs for my international shipment. 10/10 experience, will return soon.

Deceptive. Quoted $20 to ship.said included insurance up to $100 and "includes" packaging. Then stated that total was $35. He said it did not include packaging. So $15 to put in a box? Mauricio is also rude and has been every time that I have been in this store.
I could mention why I think he is, but will not. Today I thought he asked me for my address when he had asked for the shipping address. He very rudely and sarcastically remarked about mailing it to myself. Stay out if this rip off and at least if you are not going to speak clearly and charge excessive fees, show some respect to those paying it. We won't miss this mess from our neighborhood. Shut it down. Don't put any rainbows over his store.

It is only right for to recognize Henry for going beyond his duty. Just moments ago I arrived at here to have two very important packages delivered. Although I arrived after hours and the door was locked Henry still served me.

July 2017 my CDL Class A were reduced to a Class E license by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration because I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I am returning my much needed CPAP which I need to be in compliance with the FMCSA so I can get my CDL back. Every day matter. Now that I am returning this device 30 days of usage is altered and Henry helped me greatly to save me at least a day.

Thank you Henry for helping me tonight. God's grace is ssufficient!
