This UPS location is amazing! I work in the building materials industry so I'm constantly needing to mail large, heavy, and sometimes dirty samples and materials. The employees here are always helpful and kind and have made the effort to build a relationship with me as a customer to make my visits quick and efficient. There are times when I come in with 5-10 large, heavy boxes that need labels to 5 different locations - they help me get everything labeled and processed extremely quickly. We've actually recently moved and this UPS location is further away, but I make the extra trip to come here (passing a different location on the way) if I'm not in a time crunch. Definitely try this location if you're looking for quick, efficient, and friendly shipping professionals!

I got a clue about how my first experience at this UPS store would be as I walked in.

I had not finished entering the store when I received a friendly welcome greeting. The UPS woman walked over behind the counter and was ready for my box and envelope by the time I walked to the counter too.

She was focused on service, nothing else.

The inside of this UPS store looks like it was designed to provide UPS shipping and receiving services in the most efficient way possible. It is streamlined and functional.

The woman who took my box and envelope did not make a wasted motion. I was in and out very quickly.

And the service was especially courteous. Not like someone disinterested in the work. The UPS woman was engaging and friendly.

I needed to send a box and an envelope today. Is it really a simple task any business could do well? I have waited in lines while nothing moved at the counter or there was confusion about what the customer wanted or how to process the order, or the clerk was merely running out the clock until the end of the shift.

Today I saw it done perfectly: Fast, Efficient, and Friendly.

If you visit this UPS store, don't allow the bad attitude, OLD gray haired woman help you. She has a very argumentative, combative, mouthy attitude.

Purposely delayed my next day air package from going out the same day when I was in the store at a reasonable time for it to go out. It will now get picked up tomorrow. This is bogus! I'll use usps or FedEx from here on out.

Very courteous and helpful. 12 x 12 by 2 inch painting should not cost almost 60 dollars to pack and mail. I will find another way next time. Feel ripped off. But love the store and the staff and convenience.

So convenient to return Amazon items. You don't even need a box! Just give them the item and let them scan the code. Super easy.
I've also been here for faxes and notarizing. Every time the staff is friendly and quick.

Shipped package back home while on vacation recently in Fl and was met by a friendly staff Member named Katie. She provided very efficient service and I was out of there in no time.

The employees were very nice and very attentive. But the $10 fee per notarized page was absolutely unbelievable. I am personally a notary and I know I doesn’t cost that much to become a notary. I just can’t notarize my own papers.

I can’t express my gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Leah at this store. I had multiple needs to have help with and she performed all tasks very professionally. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I would certainly recommend this store if Leah is the example of how they do business.

This has one star for reasons explained below, but I give 5 stars to the Canadian customer representative I spoke with today. I am from Vancouver, BC Canada and on my return from a trip to Indian Shores, Florida, I discovered I had left my car key fob and garage door opener fob and keys at my hotel. On arrival home I called UPS store in Indian Shores, on Gulf Blvd, in Florida directly and arranged to have the UPS store package my keys and ship them to me overnight at a cost to me of $185.00 CDN. I was told the costs billed to me included insurance for replacement of the keys if lost. When the package arrived in Canada I was billed a brokerage and customs bill of approximately $97.00. I was not informed there would be a brokerage charge. I called the Canadian UPS help line to dispute this charge. She graciously explained that the UPS store put the value of my package at $500.00 and that the package did NOT have insurance on loss. I explained to her that the package contained my keys. The UPS store should inform clients of possible charges and reasons for same. Apparently to get insurance for replacement of items you MUST place the value of the replacement cost of the item, in my case, keys, on the form UPS submits AND if you pay extra for insurance, however, if you placed any value on your package you must pay Canada Customs on that value. While this does not make sense to me, this is what happened. UPS in Florida put down my keys at the value of $500.00, which indeed that would have been the cost to replace the fobs and keys. UPS in Florida wrongly informed me I had loss protection, and as I understand it, Canadian Customs then billed me fees based on replacement cost put on the form. Had UPS lost my keys in transit I would not have recouped the replacement cost and still have paid customs and brokerage fees. The Canadian representative graciously removed the charges. I do appreciate that.

$7 to scan 3 pages is ridiculous. Just had no choice at the time as it was urgent but never again. Add $7 and I can get a 3 in 1 printer!

We are on vacation and needed something important printed. The staff at this store was amazing! They were welcoming and friendly when I walked in. Then they troubleshooted when I couldn’t get the document to send. So thankful I chose this store to go to in our printing emergency. Great job! On vacation we will definitely come back here for all our shipping and printing needs!
