15The young blonde haired woman is extremely unpleasant. I lowered my mask to speak so she could hear me and I was abruptly and rudely told it was not allowed. Well it's diffucult to hear people when their mouth is covered. Just trying to be heard. Excuse me. If she's so worried about getting ill perhaps she should find another job. Not a pleasant experience.
I came to this store earlier today to ship some items to my family in California. Very happy with the new employees at this store.
This was my third stop today trying to find a notary, I had just missed the lady at the bank and of course the lady at the post office isn't in today and I found myself coming to ups not really expecting anything to go my way here either what a pleasure it was! The lady was very nice and happy to get them notarized and in the mail today! Thank you for ending this frustrating quest I was on, you made my day
Really bad experience. The Notary AJ had the worst customer service ever. I asked to see if my package arrived and she/he looked around like it didn’t give a care if it did or not. Then said it wasn’t there. Didn’t even ask for my full name or tracking number. I had to suggest and once I did AJ found it and had the worst attitude towards me and the next client.
Went to the UPS store today. Taylor helped pack all of my gifts to several locations. She was patient and VERY helpful with giving me all of my options, ensuring that they will get there before christmas. I definitely will be stopping by for her help again.

Utilized this store many times and customer service has always been great. Sometimes their can be a bit of a wait, but employees have always been polite regardless.
Refused to give prices for cheaper USPS shipping options. Said they only ship with tracking numbers (i.e. First class and UPS). Ridiculous. Drive the 5 minutes south to the 56/BBD location and they shipped parcel post for 1/4 the price without hesitation.
Package left, package stolen! Pitiful customer service! Stay away from this place. UPDATE.owner stepped up and resolved issue. Very thankful. Changed from 1 star to 5.
Found out this location doesn't print documents uploaded to their store via UPS's website. Couldn't process my order, cancel it, or get a refund.
My package got sent to this office by mistake and was signed by Mike. When I called, Mike explained that he did sign for it but the package was not there and he had no idea where it was. His words, “just because it was here doesn’t mean I have it. I can’t find it anywhere. ” I’m now battling with customer service and discussing legal action at this point.
Way overpriced for fax. I could have saved $7.00 going down the street to post net. I was desperate to send docs. My fault for not asking price. Never again at this store for anything.
Awful customer service. The service representative has had the worst attitude Ive ever encountered in customer service. This is the third time Ive gone in this location with the same girl. HORRIBLE!
The are the absolute best at packaging and shipping awkward items. They are so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend.
