I have always found this place very helpful. I highly recommend them if you need an off-site PO Box or quick printing.
This is to clear any issues that occurred on the unfortunate day I went to your ups store. Your extremely rude female employee should undergo customer service
training. She did not explain anything she was doing to my package. She does not even realize that a high-end watch comes in heavy boxes. She opened it away from me I could not stop her. She would not believe that it was a wristwatch. The U. S. Post office gave me no problems they were courteous and helped me package the watch. They are fed.employees yet they treated me much better than a privately owned business. I hope you will train your
employees better in the future, you need customers we don't need you!
