I frequent this location atleast once a month. Always super friendly & easy. I return a lot of Amazon packages here and they are awesome at it. Parking can be tricky, just be patient, and wait for someone to leave.

I’m really happy with the service Amanda she is very professional, friendly she always resolve any issue with a smile on hers face she is a sweetheart person. I really recommend it this location to do your business

In this day and age of customer service not reaching one’s expectations, this business exceeds that. I stopped in the other day to send an overnight letter and the young lady greeted me with a smile and engaging conversation. She went out of her way to assist me in finding the most economical way to send my letter, while ensuring timely delivery. I felt like I was chatting with a friend as our conversation shifted to roller coaster experiences! So often, customer service clerks looked burned out and act as if they are doing you a favor. I felt the need to post a review noting how nice it was to receive the level of service I did. I will always choose this location for my mailing needs

I'm not sure what the name is of the girl who helped me (brown hair/dreads and glasses) but she was seriously SO nice and made my overall experience very pleasant. I was sending out a bunch of clothes, shoes, and toiletries to a loved one at a prison work release center and I REALLY appreciate her advice to double check and make sure everything was correct and up to par with the facility's guidelines so that I could avoid having my package sent back. She even patiently waited as I made a few phone calls. I was a bit skeptical about going through UPS, but I'm very glad I did. If I lived in St. Pete this would definitely be my go-to location.

Horrible, horrible, horrible: manager here is a condescending jerk. Don’t ship from here unless you want to overpay for everything. Such a disappointment.

Emerson was very helpful and polite. She was working alone and the store was quite busy. She had a great attitude and had no issue attending to all customers simultaneously while remaining calm. I have rented a 5 x 10 unit here for nearly six years. All that time I was paying about $20 a month extra for a climate controlled space.

This week I retrieved my belongings and discovered several boxes of books were ruined by water which got into the unit covering those boxes with mold and destroying several rare books.

That's an extra $1400 that I paid for nothing! There is no point paying extra for climate controlled units here since your belongings will get wet and moldy anyways. The only thing the manager offered was a free month's rent knowing I already moved my belongings out of the unit and informed them I was vacating it.

Love this UPS store! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, service is fast. It is so convenient for my Amazon returns and close to my house. So happy to have it nearby.

The only reason i am giving it one star is because of ONE employee. In generally, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT. HOWEVER.

I have been in there several times over the past few months.and for SOME reason, there is one employee that feels that she is exempt from wearing a mask properly. She wears it UNDER her nose.then what's the point? You are still breathing in and out germs from your nose as you do your mouth.if there's some disability that prevents her from wearing it properly, she needs to not be working with the public. I'm lucky that i have not had to have her wait on me. EVERY OTHER employee wears the mask properly.but I still would hesitate to have her even working in the back without a mask because the other employees are very compliant with the rules of mask wearing. I don't understand why this one person can't comply. It's not fair to your other employees or your customers!

I use this office to ship out merchandise for my business very frequently. The staff is superb! So kind, and they take the time to really get to know you. I know I can call them up with any “ing” question and get a quick response.

With Covid every business has faced a set of new challenges. This UPS store has jumped over all the hurdles with ease! All of the staff is wearing masks properly at all times which makes me feel safe. They have suggested 6ft reminder signs on both doors, and markers on the floors.

Im proud to call this UPS store my shipping home.

I was told I was too old to use that word when speaking to the employee,
I was told I was rude for giving her a compliment. Won't happen again, I'll never go there again. I guess her mind is in the gutter.

It was busy and there was only one employee at that time probably around 2pm, didn't get her name but I'm impressed since she handled it all by herself while staying friendly to everyone. Besides that, also getting things done at the same time. I give her props. ️

I have my business box out of this store. They have been awesome, dependable and extremely courteous! I have larger packages delivered here all the time and they are Johnny on the spot to let me know they are in. Thanks guys all of you!

Went by 4pm today 10/23/19 to get my sworn statement notarized. The notary guy at this location told me no after being told by another USPS location in the area that a utility bill and Lease would be adequate identification since my wallet was stolen in addition, I had a witness who knows me present. The man would look no further into it even though we saw other options on the computer screen regarding ID options for those without. It was obvious he didn't want to deal with it. So we left and.went to the other location who took care of me NO Problem!
The only reason why it got 2 stars is the brunette who greeted us was a sweetheart while we waited for him to get off the phone. Can't people just be nice. I hardly ever write bad reviews EVER!
