The UPS Store, Miami FL

Excellent service! Luigi, the store manager, has an excellent knack for hiring people with great attitudes. I have done business with several UPS Stores and while they've all been good - the Town & Country location has been the best.

Young lady in front desk is very attentive, helpful and care for the costumer.

She packed my cameras really well.

I went to this UPS store located in the town and country shops and it was a great experience.
I went to return an Amazon product I bought and as soon as I got there, they gave me a label right away so I can track my return.

I like how organize the store was and how they took Covid precautions. I also like that it took me only five minutes to complete my return.

The worst Customer service I received when I was there, the woman in charge of making the passports has a bad attitude, and she always it’s upset, she don’t like Latin people and I can’t do my passport because she was very rude and impatient, also the man that work there don’t try to help me to obtain my service and he neither do his job because he was explain me that these isn’t his job. I never came back again to these place for any service. I am very unhappy customer

This store is one that I’d recommend in a heartbeat. Luigi, the manager, and all of the staff, are always very helpful, they always take great care of me. Highly recommended, especially for mailbox! These guys are awesome.

Bad service for printing copies, old machines and the quality of the copies are the worst than other places, they don’t know how to fix the problem of bad quality in my service. Never come back x printing service.

In today’s rush, rush world, customer service takes a back seat. This was not the case at the UPS store where Luigi and Dempsey went above and beyond while assisting me in sending two separate chairs. It wasn’t so much that they went out of their way to not only help me, but save me money in the process. It was customer service at its best. I will definitely be returning to this particular UPS store.

The reason for the five star review is the customer service provided by Dempsey Guerra. We were so lucky that he was the one helping us. We had numerous items to ship and he was so patient, even though we were not very prepared. He came up with solutions when we had a problem and explained the shipping process in detail. He also explained the app and taught us how to use it efficiently. We had the best experience there and it was all because of Dempsey! I commend the store for having him on staff.

I had an issue with a package and I called their store. Luigi was incredibly helpful. Not only did he solve my problem, but he called me after to let me know the status of my package. I didn’t ask him to call me back but he did anyhow and I very much appreciated it. Luigi demonstrates excellent customer service.

This store has the absolute best customer service there is. The owner and employees are very helpful and have such great personalities and attitudes. The owner is super involved and really makes supporting his business something you want to do. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this location as they have made life very easy for me from my first email ebquiring about services to signing up and utilizing a mail box for packages and the location is awesome as there are so many other great stores in the plaza as well.
