The UPS Store, Miami Beach FL

I used to use this store to have my medical packages dropped off. Somehow prices kept going up. Today they charged me $10.00 per packet that they received plus $15.00 storage fee plus $10.00 pick up fee, total was $50.00 for receiving only. Please do not use them, try to find another UPS store.

I can see why this store has 5 stars. Amazing service and professionalism. I am compelled to fully recommend. 5 stars!

I love this UPS store. I am always greeted with a big smile. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Serany is amazing. She works so hard to please her customers. It’s a pleasure to come here.

They are the best. Excellent service, quick, and very considered with all the customers.

The most positive experience I’ve ever had with UPS in my entire life. I’m literally smiling leaving the store right now. I was so stressed trying to get my work monitor back home and they did everything so efficiently and assured me it’ll get there in time. They printed out the slip and packaged up the box incredibly well. Can’t recommend this store any more highly for your shopping needs.

Yanni was so accommodating! I by mistake threw out my husband's passport photos and he printed them out again with no charge! They also take the best passport photos in Miami Beach. We've gone to many other places.

Great store, Melissa was awesome and alfonso took care of me and my wife instantly! They acknowledged us at the front door when we walked in and helped us get out package to where it needed to go! Clean, efficient and respectful ups store location.

Best UPS store I’ve been to. Izak and Yani are always willing to help out. Prices are fair and they won’t nickel and dime you. Notary services A+ as well.

Great accessible location. Just need more parking, but if you come at a right time you should be fine. Workers are fast to assist you.
