The worst! Avoid if at all possible! Standing on line for an hour and needed to sign a waiver for a notarized document! Never to return!

Poor Service, they wanted to charge $92 for slowest ship to Michigan for a 1lb box. After outraging thats not acceptable, they said one size smaller box could go for $25. They rip you off and my items were turned off on delivery, but arrived dead because they were turned on which is impossible from shipping in their own cases without someone tampering with it. Will never ship from here again.

The employees of this store are amazing! They are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I prefer to drive a couple more miles to come here than use any other UPS store in the area.

This UPS is amazing - TEN STARS!
The staff and management are super friendly and do a great job.
My parcels are always ready and never an issue with locating items and always in perfect condition. I am a frequent user as I am absolutely a self described Amazon Queen.
The services offered here make my life so much easier and efficient. Sometimes it is very busy but the lines move fast. 100% recommend using this UPS location.

I went this morning at 9: 07AM to drop some packages and was very poorly treated. Jackie was the most rude customer service representative that I ever encountered in my life. She rushed me to get my labels and pushed me on the side and called the next customer in line, she did not give me 10 seconds for the QR code to load up, I told her to wait a second and she literally screamed at me in front of all the people that were there! It was the worse experience ever. Her behavior was unacceptable and since I was rushed and was completely not expecting that, I completely messed up my returns and now I’m losing my money because of this rushed experience. (and by rushed I mean it was a matter of a few seconds that she could not wait). It took all of 3 minutes to return 3 packages and it was the worst experience ever.
If I was to guess it was because I have an accent she felt like she can bully me and treat me poorly.
This is not the person that you want in the front representing your store if you care at all about your customers and their customer service experience. She also did not wear a name tag or an ID and I had to ask for her name.
We all have bad days but in no way am I allowing anyone to raise their voice at me when they are supposed to be helpful polite and patient. She needs to reread her job description because her behavior was unacceptable.

This place is basically conducting armed robbery. I went to ship a package overnight that weighed 2lbs and they wanted to charge me $150. I thought it was a crazy amount so i left. The gentleman working there was very dry and rude. Kept wanting to add additional charges for any thing. I searched and found a nearby actual ups facility in Davenport not even 10 minutes away. The actual charge to ship was $42. I can’t believe how they can over charge and manipulate their prices so drastically. Terrible! Do no go here!

Do not go to this store! They are the slowest store and the lady takes her time even though she’s way behind. Every time we go to this store it takes us a hour just to send one package. Worst customer service. Everyone in this store is over worked and over the age limit to do this type of work

This store is amazing. June and Norman are wonderful and have always gone above and beyond for the customers. They have been owners here for the past 18 years. It’s fascinating hearing them tell the stories about what UPS Store life was like before Amazon returns and the pandemic. Championsgate has such a huge increase in homes and people ordering online, it’s cause the lines to sometimes get very long as there are huge influxes in customers. My advice is to arrive when they open and there are never lines. The people leaving one star reviews for this location are simply impatient. UPS and Amazon should give this place an award for the fantastic service and smiles from the owners as you walk in. Keep being awesome!

Incredibly rude. I went in to purchase a business mailing address. Clerk told me he “was not sure they had any available”, he asked another employee who was also “not sure”. Neither of them could be bothered to check, so he handed me a card and told me to call them in the afternoon. The store was not even full, there were 2 other customers inside. I regrettably did end up calling as I live across the street and it would be very convinient. They answered fast enough, however as soon as I started to explain, I was immediately placed me on hold and they dropped the call 20 seconds later with no explanation.

A simple “sorry we dont have the service” would have been perfectly fine. But no, the employees just refuse business whenever they don't feel like working.

Very disappointing service lately. I used to love going here but it seems that all or at least most the clerks do not like their jobs. Seems to be no respect for people’s time. I hope this place gets its stuff together soon because it’s going downhill fast. Just bought a printer so I don’t have to go here to do labels anymore as I dread it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS SHIPPING A PLAYSTATION 5 AND THE EMPLOYEE WOULDNT PACKAGE AND SEAL THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF ME BECAUSE HE HAD "OTHER STUFF TO DO" SOUNDS VERY SHADY IF YOU AS ME THIS IS A HIGH END ELECTRONIC IT WOULDNT HURT TO GIVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL BE MOVING MY SHIPPING ACCOUNT TO FED EX DONT WASTE YR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT

I went a couple times this store and I always had a great experience, but today was a unique experience about customer service delivered by Joseph. I had prepared a welcome Disney gift box with some goodies for my clients and It needs to be taped and shipped, when Joseph saw the content in the box he told me that he could make my box much safer and helped me with repacking this gift box, using different bubble wrap for the mugs, better size box, and it was amazing! My gift basket for my new Florida homeowners will be delivered beautifully! Thank you Joseph, I’m a very happy customer! ️

Bad joke of efficiency. When I visited recently there were 3 people in line and 3 at the counter. Great. This should move quick, I thought. Nope. One client was just opening his mail while one staff member watched him, then 2 went to help him when he actually wanted to do something. Everyone moved at a glacial pace and I waited 20 minutes for service.

At first I was like aww man hopefully I don’t get the wrong treatment because I’m from New York and I don’t want to bring my new York Attitude out lol I say this because reading the reviews of ppl talking bout how they was treated when they went for a Amazon return (which was why i went for) long story short I was taken care of quick I had 3 returns no problems! Don’t want to sound disrespectful but PEOPLE! If you expecting a smooth quick and free amazon return make sure you have the QR code! For your items! Amazon even sends you an email letting you know.

My experience here has always been good. The staff may not always be smiling but no one has ever been rude to me. They are quick to process my returns as long as I'm ready to give them the codes. You gotta work with them if you want faster service.

So many people are complaining. But hello? Covid is still here. They are taking great precautions to make sure the store isn't over flooded. So yes, you may wait on line that stretches down to Publix for 3p minutes, but I appreciate them checking the line and trying to make it move faster by asking people if it's just drop off or if they need receipts or etc.
But those that are complaining that they had to wait on line to check their mailbox, um, did you ask? Or did you just wait in line and complain? Whenever I was there they either took the key and handed you the mail or let you in.

Overall, thank you so much to you workers for always doing your best and being respectful even if there are some really rude customers.
