The UPS Store, Fort Lauderdale FL

The workers here are very kind! John and Susie are awesome! I’ve come here a few times with packages and the workers are always pleasant. However, I came here one time to print my resume and Jonathan went above and beyond to help me reformat the document before printing it out. This is the only UPS store I’ll go to. There are a few others closer to home, but I rather drive a little extra to get better customer service!

Gregg (Store#7538) provided excellent customer service to us. We had difficulty with Amazon's return policy on the several items that was purchased. He assisted us with kindness and patience something Seniors need at times.

First two week trip in almost 3 years and I loss my mind. I had so many clothes that the only sensible thing to do was to ship them back home. Gregory “Greg” was a G=Gentleman, Great, Good and Gracious. More importantly, he was patient and kind throughout the process. Extremely knowledgeable. The other plus besides it being extremely clean inside the facility was the Starbucks next door. Look when yall see the staff be kind to them, but when yall see Greg, tell him Dee sent you, Dee from Connecticut. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would, hands down. He’s what you call a KEEPER, someone please give this man a raise!

This location isn’t ghetto like the one in Wilton Manors. This is a nice new store with great customer service. Very clean and quiet here. After hours access to your mailbox. Starbucks next door.

I would recommend this UPS to everyone, this store is really clean with amenities the UPS near me doesn't have/Jonathan was supper friendly and extremely knowledgeable, UPS is lucky to have him/he made the whole experience fast and easy!

This is the best UPS store I have ever used. Just opened, brand new, no waiting with excellent customer service and helpful staff. If you are in need of any of their services, you should go here even if it's not the closest one. Not every ups store is the same.

I went to store #7538 with a ton of Amazon returns and the staff, Johnathan and Susie were very helpful and patient. I walked in a little frazzled, but walked out smiling beca they were both so helpful and made experience a pleasant one.

Before this location was opened I use to drag my feet when it came to any dealings regarding returns or shipping items in general, because there was no convenient location near me. Now that this location is here I find myself stopping in more often to return items. I love that the staff always greets you with a smile and a readiness to do the job of getting you in and out. I have now made this my go to UPS store.

Went in for just a stamp.but this will definitely be my go to ups store just based on my interaction with the great staff there.

I've shipped, notarized, and returned items to Amazon here. Every time I'm in there they go above and beyond! Super friendly, neighborhood store. Happy they are here.
