This location is run by the most friendly, attentive staff I've ever experienced in shipping. I required short notice printing with special requirements, and the job was fulfilled with patience and skill. Meanwhile, a busy crowd was processed with equal service. Thank you all very much!

I just got the most incredible service at a UPS store that I've ever received. Kat, who was running the front register, did an incredible job. She took extra time with me and help me with my returns and shipping. She should be not just working at the store but managing it. I highly recommend this place for shipping needs and excellent customer service.

Very convenient, often very busy ups store and with limited staff they always do great to get people thru quickly, handle everyone with respect even when they are a handlefull or need a lot of hand holding, and never lose their cool. Im am humbled by their patience and service.

Took in an Amazon return and they wanted two dollars to tape up the box per their contract with Amazon. Called Amazon and they said as long as it is packaged in their box UPS should tape it up. Not the end of the world either way but seems a little ridiculous to me and apparently Amazon also.

I mainly use this store for Amazon returns. Every time I've been in, staff have been friendly and helpful.

However I do recommend planning to stand in line and wait. This is a very popular location, and there isn't enough staff. While I do not know why there is not enough staff I can definitely say it is not the fault of the employees.

Bring your patience with you, and try to go during less popular times. If you look at the Google listing it will show how busy the location is in real time.

Be sure to check the return instructions on Amazon, not all returns are the same and the UPS store isn't responsible for that.

I recently dropped off packages and asked if they sold rolls of stamps. I purchased 3 rolls and when I got home, I notice the price of stamps were $15 more per roll than purchasing from Publix, Office Depot, & Walgreens. In addition, I was also charged $2 for using a credit card. I understand a convenience fee, but I think this is excessive for what other surrounding businesses charge. Instead of my normal $189 for 3 rolls, I paid $236. An additional $47 for stamps! Lesson learned!

Phenomenal customer service at the Indian Harbor Beach location! Gail and Julia went over and above when assisting me with a very large Amazon return order. It included several packages and some oversized boxes. Julia and Gail gave me dedicated time and service, helping me with every detail of my unique shipping situation. I will only use this UPS location in the future. UPS - give these ladies a raise!

Today we had many papers to be notarized at the UPS store on Eau Gallie in Indian Harbor Beach. Even though the store was very busy Zach helped us and was not only friendly but professional and courteous. Thank you Zach and the employees at this location!

This UPS store used to be pretty decent. I think it changed owners, but it is BAD now! Two times in a row where they just could not help me. First to mail out a package I carefully prepared, but not right for them. I went right over to USPS and they shipped it, no problem. I figured ok they are still good for Smazin returns. But nope, I bring one in and they could not even take that, because tape wasn't right. It was original package from Amazon. So After waiting in line for 20 min.and they would not even let me use a short strip of their tape. Truly horrible customer service here.

They refused to let me do an Amazon return and after contacting a manger they finally did the return, but not after contacting the police in regards to being upset by there inability to do a simple return. There was two men behind the counter and they both refused to give me there names. It happened March 20th 2023. So now they want to fabricate a false narrative, I can’t use a districts ups service, this is ridiculous.

The UPS store on Eau Gallie Blvd was very busy this morning. About a dozen people on line. ZACH the only employee working was quick, efficient and very pleasant. If he worked for me, I would consider him a very valuable employee.

Would not place all 3 of my Amazon returns that came together in a bag to return, made me pay almost $5 for each small bag. I had all my bags from purchase, should have been free. I’ve done this so many times before for free!

One star only because I couldn’t get to the review without leaving at least one star. This location has the rudest associates I have ever seen. Yivan in particular needs to be fired due to his sarcasm stated if I could read I’d k ow they charge $2 to re tape my Amazon box. As this was going on the other female associate was being just as rude to an elderly lady who was not understanding all her Amazon packs had to be in one box even know they were not shipped to her that way. The employee laughed at her as she left the store. Both these employees are not setting any sort of good example for your company. This is on 03/21/2023. Whomever you had working should be reprimanded.

LIED to me that i needed a $13 box for my boxed item return or else i would be charged a 15%restocking fee by amazon. And then because of the box i had to pay 3.50 for a shipping label. Amazon told me after that it most certainly was not the case. As i walked away dissatisfied they said loud enough for me to hear that i had a grouchy christmas spirit. After they outright lied to make money.

The 3 times I’ve visited the store, it was understaffed with one employee and a long line wrapping around the store.

We needed to print some last minute flyers for our small business. Went into UPS hopeful that they had the ability to and they did! We had such a kind gentlemen named Zach. He went above and beyond to make sure our flyers came out perfectly and even cut them for us. We will be back. Thanks Zach!

I had a small Amazon return envelope that was less than 6 inches wide and I needed a piece of tape to seal it. The customer service rep, Emma, told me it would be two dollars for a strip of tape! She was extremely grouchy, unhelpful and rude! I took my small package and walked next-door to Publix to buy my own roll of tape!

I had to force maps to show this location. It keeps changing it from Orlando to Merritt Island even though I specify UPS Store Indian Harbor Beach Florida or Eau Gallie Boulevard but Google's autocorrect features are getting very aggressive lately and it's hurting smaller businesses with good ratings like this one.

My husband & I had been putting off the dreaded errand of amazon returns (we had a lot to return, which can be a pain with all of the QR codes), however we had such an easy & awesome experience yesterday! Julia was the employee that helped us and she was SO kind, patient, and incredibly helpful- made it so seamless for us without making us feel like we were a major inconvenience. The store was super busy due to the holiday times so we really appreciate her kindness & patients even more so. Thank you so much Julia! Highly recommend this UPS location.
