The UPS Store, Port Charlotte FL

I have recently have had several custom graphic jobs for my store front done here. Jason the designer has held my hand through the whole process and very patient with us. Not to mention the job and customer service that was provided by his team.

Six weeks ago you could ship a package using a box from the USPS. Today, an employee said you can’t. She stated UPS doesn’t allow that. Funny, my husband just retired from UPS after 34 years. UPS does indeed let you use USPS boxes. It would be helpful if employees at this store knew actual UPS policies instead of making false statements. Our business, will now go to another UPS Store that actually uses correct, factual information. Please educate your employees so they don’t use false statements. UPS doesn’t care what kind of box you use as long as it has proper UPS scannable codes and labeling on the box.

Wicked busy which was expected. After waiting so dang long I get confirmation from two other humans that ill be good to go, I finally get to the register and I get attitude for giving the exact same information I gave to the two prior individuals.then tells me I have to have something else, and go wait at the end of the line again, which kindly remind you is out the door and into the street.again.so ya know what.forget this location. I'll go OUT of my way to avoid it in future.like ouch.wish Dyson was contracted thru fed ex. They make much more sense.the other two humans were very helpful and working hard.so just don't go in without your entire office, and you'll be fine! (:

What a difference! I went to this UPS store and received fantastic service. The owner was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I’ll keep going there even though it’s further then the other store. Thank you for great service!

Extremely disappointed. I prepaid for a label online and this UPS store charged me $2 to print a UPS label! (Edit to add reply to owner) It does not help, I can understand charging to print personal items or even labels for other services but to charge to print a in house label is wrong. It’s like the post office charging you for the stamps and then charging you again to print them out for you. By your logic, the next time to buy a label inside the store you guys are going to charge me to print it out and put it in the box. Next time I will just get the postage online and have UPS schedule a pickup and the driver will print a thermal label FOR FREE! Either way I will not be returning to your UPS store and will advise others to do the same if the don’t want to get ripped off in such dumb fees.

This location was awesome! Eddie was very fast and efficient. He saved me so much time! Super friendly. Also super clean and germ free.

I had the pleasure of visiting this ups store and got Blessed with there female employee Ms Andrea she went above and beyond to help me in every way she was helpful and got all that I needed to have done on time with a big smile on her face. I told all my friends about my experience there I will go back every time I’m in need of their services.

We used this UPS Store on Peachland Blvd in May for a complicated pack and ship job to Maryland, and we had a great experience. There were numerous miscellaneous items that needed to be packed, some delicate. From my first phone call, and throughout, the staff were very helpful, and the store owner worked through the procedure with us so that everything went smoothly for us.
Six large boxes arrived in Maryland very quickly and with everything in great shape. I certainly recommend using any of the services provided by this UPS Store. Good wishes to all.

The Peachland UPS store, and especially Jason, were extremely helpful with materials that I needed printed from my iPad. There was an issue with the materials that I sent to Jason and he responded right away, guiding me with everything I needed to do. Lost a receipt with a tracking number for a returned item. Company refused credit for return saying they never received product. This store looked transaction up in computer three months later and printed duplicate. We were able to prove product was received and even name of employee who signed for it. Received credit. Very happy with service.

I visit this location quite often. Eddie has went above and beyond my request every single time. Much appreciation for that gentleman.

It is always a pleasure doing business with this UPS store. Many times I have sent over printing, copies, or flyers that needed to be completed in a rush and the UPS store has always come through. Jason, Drea, and Bill are always accommodating and helpful. They are consistently reliable and a business I know I can always count on.

I want to share what a great employee Drea is. She has a wonderful attitude and can multitask with a smile. The other day I was at the UPS store to mail a package with the entire room full of people (Christmas time) and she helped me find the cheapest way to mail my package while another person she was helping was filling out paperwork. She just kept the line moving and did it with a smile and great attitude. She is a valuable employee and I thank her for the service she provided
