I've been using this one store for over a decade now. Rafi is consistently great to work with, whatever I've needed over the years.

My package from ups says delivered but I do not have it. I called customer service to get help and it was nothing but an automated call. I called this store to see if they could possibly help since I would be talking to an actual person rather than a robot. I was given immediate attitude “how am I suppose to find it? ” Is what the man on the phone told me before I could finish or give him a tracking number. Insanely rude I don’t understand how this person could have a job speaking to customers like this.

Your employees are either your doom or your success. I don’t know about other employees but the not so thin big guy with beard and unkempt hair is rude and inpatient. He should not be dealing with people.

Excellent UPS Store location and my go to place for notarizations, shipping and amazon returns at least 3-4 times a month. Rafi and Nico are extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

Great store and great service always! Rafi, the owner, is very accommodating and helpful. I had a mailbox rental here for a couple of years. Highly recommend!

This location has served my business shipping requirements superbly for the last 11 years. I am there almost every day and have seen the owner interact with 100’s of customers. Always extending a helping hand always professional always courteous!

Non-friendly and quite bothered by any questions or requests. I do send him positive thoughts and vibes on becoming a gentler human being, because he really needs it to learn how to give a kinder and more patient quality of customer service.most definitely would help his business but he probably doesn’t agree.

Rafi Gave Me An Outstanding, I Mean Extremely Great Customer Service. He Greeted Me At The Door With A Smile And Helped Me Ship My Cable Boxes Out To My Old Used To Be Company. There Not Enough Star’s To Give Rafi Not Only He Greeted Me But He Also Greeted All The Other Customers That Came In The Facility. Plus Rafi Interact With Me Throughout My Whole Transaction. Very rude! I went in to get something notarized for vehicle registration. They charged me for multiple notaries and when I mentioned it he just responded “well that’s the price”. A month ago I went in for the same thing and it was a cheaper price.

I gave this location one star, because it’s mandatory for a review. No stars would more accurately describe the customer service that I experienced. Both representatives seemed bothered by my questions regarding the computer. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location to anyone.

Had on the website and maps they closed at 7pm arrived at 5: 55pm the door was locked saw employees inside but none would come to the door. The next day called to find out what the issue was spoke with someone who gave me a complaint number and advised me that I would be receiving a call from the store manager or owner. A week later as I write this post no one has reached out to me by phone or email. Very bad customer care service.

I've used this UPS store since it first opened. Always fast, friendly, courteous service here. Never a problem.

The man who works there (might be the owner) was very unpleasant and demeaning. Would recommend going to a different UPS store.

We to get printing done and the worker refused to do it cause "it's too much to do" and said they don't do printing there when it clearly has a sign that says printing needs

I ship and send numerous packages at this location. I also use their postal services. Raffi is always kind and helpful no matter how busy they get. Excellent service all around.
