The amount of rudeness and poor customer service delivered by the employees Danielle and Josiah in the short time I was at the store is simply unbelievable. There’s plenty of other UPS stores around. Don’t come to this one.

Tried to do an Amazon return through this store. Had trouble on my end with Amazon. Employees were unhelpful and rude. They made it abundantly clear that my technical issues were bothering them.

This is the Miami UPS Store with the pros! I went to another UPS Store before coming to this one today. The other one had a long wait and the workers suggested I try another store to handle a national account. I’m so glad I found this one! There was no wait. The employees were efficient and kind, even to my infant daughter. They handled my needs with ease. I’ll be back the next time I need to ship a package!

Constantly close earlier than they are supposed to and are snarky half the times when they’re open. I feel like they believe they are beyond reproach. Look at this photo. It was taken seven minutes before they were supposed to close and the store is completely empty with the lights turned off. They must’ve closed at least 15 minutes early.

I love to go here it's always nice clean and no waiting on line, Frank is always willing to help and making sure all information are correct, I like the teams of people that work there no issues. Thanks for all you helps.

Wowza! I buy and sell online daily so for the past 6 years I have frequented this store regularly. Not once have I had a pleasant or even neutral experience. I thought it was me. I have far too many Frank stories to list out. The funniest being making me buy a roll of tape because he said he could not accept a package with a corner of a polybag sticking up (receive them like this allllll the time) one inch of tape is all I needed. Then there was the time that he had a sign up that said something along the lines of I have had a fever all day and none of my employees decided to show up to work so come back tomorrow. How very professional of him. So I asked my ups driver to kindly take my packages because the store was closed. Boy did the UPS driver have stories of this store. Supposedly the only packages he treats with care are the ones where the label were bought from his store. Preprinted labels and Amazon returns are just thrown in the back. I dropped off three packages and have a slip for three packages being dropped off. None were scanned as leaving the store and ALL THREE are lost in transit. Coincidence? Doubtful. WARNING UPS will not assist with claims for lost packages when a label is generated from a third party. Sure they will send you a claim form but you can't file it. What can brown do for you? Aggravate you and give you a headache! As the saying goes ". If it is brown flush it down! "

I have been going to this UPS Store for over a decade. It has always been a pleasure, and the workers are always so helpful.

Poor customer service is an understatement. My package was dropped off 2 weeks ago. A scan receipt was provided (which I still have). The package was lost from there and was never moved to the truck. Once I went to the store to inquire, the owner said he couldn’t help me. I filled a claim. I again went to inquire and was told once I file a claim, I will receive no assistance for doing so. All while there is a stack of packages in the back that remain a mile high. Drive the extra time to the next location, believe me you won’t regret it. This owner needs to first be kind to his customers and secondly help locate lost packages. Completely unacceptable!

I would give them a negative if I could. Frank could not be nastier and his staff doesn’t fall very short behind. They always seem bothered by anyones presence…. Asked him to scan in an Amazon return and he said just leave it there and we will get to it. I insisted on having documentation that the package was dropped off and his reply was “if ll I did was scan in Amazon returns I would be out of business. ” Can’t count how many packages I have dropped off that are lost in transit. I called Amazon and the escalation team told me that they are paid to provide services and that he has to give me a receipt if I ask for it. Save yourself the aggravation, time and effort. Always a displeasure to walk in to store 1711…

I’ve gone to this location plenty of times. The staff is nice and accommodating BUT the manager is a different story. Every interaction with him has been negative. He always comes out huffing and puffing. Complaining about his day, the amount of Amazon returns making his job more difficult, and the notary services/problems. My last interaction was the final straw. I will not be returning. If he’s so unhappy, maybe it’s time for a change. Stop taking it out on the customers.

Poor customer service. Just look for another UPS in the area. Every distributor I've sent to Texas for repairs has been from this store. Special size boxes for storing car parts has come from this store. Emergency supplies sent to Puerto Rico to assist family members after a hurricane has been from this store. No more! I'm taking my business elsewhere! If I wanted horrible service I would have went to the post office.

Holy cow. I have never seen the worst customer service in my life. I had maybe about 5 orders to return to Amazon and I accidentally gave them a wrong QR. An older, heavier man working there immediately yells, yes yelled, "This is what I hate about Amazon orders! " and stated how I should buy something else if it's too expensive in store. I'm sorry, how is that any of your business? Your job is to take my order and act like a half decent human being. I shouldn't buy online? No, I think it was him who needs another job. Yikes.

Google had listed this place as closed but it's open. Note, the first photo on Google Places that shows a brick store located on the corner is NOT the location. Not sure where that came from. The actual site is in the strip shopping center, located next to a Middle Eastern market.

This is the worst UPS store! The employees and manager (owner) are the least friendly people you will ever encounter! They are rude and never try to help with any issues no matter how small the issue is! They treat you like garbage and don’t seem to be happy that you are giving them business! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, go to another UPS store where they appreciate your business. There are 2 other UPS stores within very close proximity to this one where the employees are happy to see you come in!
If I could subtract stars I would!
