The UPS Store, Oakland Park FL

WOOOOOOORST Customer service. Racist and disrespectful employees. I don't know their names but they were working March 17,2023 during the 3pm - 4pm at the location Northridge mall location at dixie hwy & commercial blvd. I wish i could give them ZERO stars

These guys are GREAT! I have been going there for many years. They will do everything they can to see that you are satisfied and their pricing is very fair. I highly recommend!

The employee that somewhat helped me was rude, condescending and should not be working with the public. He should be in the back, away from the phone and customers! It’s apparent that no one in corporate has addressed his attitude and lack of customer service skills. I will not go back to this location. I have other options/locations where I can go.

To qualify to work at this location you must be following: Rude, Abnoxious, unfriendly, unprofessional and hostile.
Congratulations, you are the worst and most disrespectful business establishment in the state of Florida.

This is the 3rd time over the years I go there and will be the last time, this tall blonde guy is always rude, he said something to the other guy about me and the other guy agreeing with him. No customer skills what’s so ever. (Zero stars)

This is my local store that i visit multiple times a week. If it weren't for doug and the staff i would be lost shipping for my business. Doug helps me most of the time and is nothing but pleasant! Love the staff!

As a local small business, we ship at this store daily and have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff and their store processes. I find Spencer and Doug to be extremely helpful and kind with all of our small-business needs. I would recommend this location to anyone for their business or personal shipping needs who lives in the greater Fort Lauderdale area!

This is the best store ever, Doug and the rest of the staff are Amazing and very helpful always.

Nasty, rude and condescending. No sense of customer service. People must tolerate because they need the services and they know it. Ergo, bad customer service.

I have used store #4027 frequently over the past few years. All the folks working there are very helpful and personable. I'll bypass another UPS STORE TO GO TO MINE!

I congrat to the worker Adrian for being an amazing person, he was really helpful and so nice! Unlike his other friend worker who was in such a bad mood. Such an amazing person.

The clerk who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was kind and asked him 4 pointed questions on 2 services they provide (notary and document printing). His answers were snarky, curt, and unkind. I have done business with UPS stores around the country for the past 20 years and have never encountered such a rude person ever. I enjoy most of my interactions with UPS and do not understand why this person was such a poor representative of the company.
