Total Rip Off! Never spend any money here. It's okay if you have an Amazon, etc.to drop off I need to print one page. Total charge was $3.50. Can you believe that? They are crooks ripping people off!

Dropped off a large package with labels telling them the contents was all glass and the guy in the back laughed and said I hope your packaged them good cause the delivery people were just going to laugh at the note and throw it just because I put a note on it begging them not the drop the box.it's a shame you don't have good workers who take care of your customers packages and care about their jobs.good thing I bought insurance so it's only gonna cost your company money if the items get broke!

Have been renting a mailbox at this store for over 18 months which means i’ve probably observed more of their operations & employee interactions than the other reviewers here.i can honestly say that i’ve never seen any of the staff acting rudely or not being helpful to their customers.
In fact, for me personally, i’ve been treated ‘above & beyond’; ie- last summer i was the victim of a violent assault/robbery where i ended up being hospitalized during the time that my box rental renewal was due. The owners not only worked with me on setting up a ‘creative’ payment method, but also gave awesome customer service in assisting me getting the replacement credit cards!
Lastly, as a result of my injuries, i have to use a “rolling walker” to get around and, if they are not with a customer, an employee will come out from behind the counter to hold the door for me. (on one visit i received 3 large Amazon items which overwhelmed my walker so one of the staff actually journeyed out into the parking lot and brought back a grocery cart to
safely transport all the boxes in one trip. (so when i read that the customer was told: “that’s not my job”. I’m guessing that perhaps the customer’s attitude might have had some beearig as to
why that might have been said)

My husband has been working late and 6 days a week, we share a vehicle and this has literally been the first chance we've had to get here and they couldn't even staff the store until 3pm. I'm embarrassed for UPS.

Sign on the door states they closed early due to understaffing. Management should have covered. If you can't hire and retain, you get to work the open shifts. 1 star for unprofessional management.

I paid for priority mail specifically so I could get tracking. I was also told that my mail should arrive at its destination within 2 days. The number they provided to track didn't work, and when I attempted to call the store directly, of course it redirects to to a hotline number.
With no surprise that hotline number will only direct you to assistance with a provided tracking number, and as the tracking number seemingly didn't work, I couldn't get through to anyone! I went to the trouble to drive back to the store, and they would only tell me that there are no guarantees, and if the tracking number doesn't update that it's not on them.
I understand systems glitch, things get delayed, and many things are not in their control. However, they could have at least tried to look up my package or re-forward tracking. Poorly run store, employees seem bothered by your presence. Do not go here.

They are AMAZING I LOVE EVERYTHING AND EVERYBODY IN THIS STORE. SIMPLY THE BEST UPS STORE IN PENSACOLA!

Lady was rude. I just paid $4 for a label for Amazon (single sheet of paper). Then tried to scan QR CODE for another Amazon return and they were having issues so she told me to contact Amazon and ask them for a regular Return Label.so I did then she wanted to charge me ANOTHER $4 for a single sheet of paper with the new label to be printed. I said absolutely NOT. She then said I have to pay my employees. I get that. But if I just spent $4 for one sheet and due to no fault of mine had to request a different label because system was screwy that's just flat out extortion! I will NEVER do business with you Again! I can get robbed somewhere else and at least have a smile while doing it.

Paid $60 to have a psciage delivered in 3 days. Less then 30 miles. Was not delivered when scheduled very disapointed

VERY slow and unprofessional. The employees chat with customers all day without concern for people that have other places to be.

Employees are horrible! Always act like you are bothering them! Need new management and staff quickly. Tall kid with blonde hair, has a horrible attitude!

I don't usually write reviews but the individual that did my fingerprinting around 12pm deserves recognition for his exemplary customer service skills. Despite being busy and having a lot to do, he maintained a relaxed, positive, and friendly demeanor. I wish other places in Pensacola had more employees like him.

Ok, I had to make a return of an item that I purchased online. The web site said that I could take the shipping cost out of the money back. So sure I did it. I got the link to go to UPS and printed the bar code took that to the UPS store and the person said, I don't get paid to do this. The Original UPS label said that it was 5 Lbs.and they weighted it on their scale and it was 9.4 Lbs. So I asked him to tape the box and again "I don't get paid for this" he said.
I wanted to ask him, then what do you get paid to do stand here and look pretty?
This customer wont be back either.

I have gone to this location several times and was able to ship my empty carbon dioxide canistersfrom Soda stream back to the company. Today I was told that they won't ship it and to go to another UPS location. This location will never receive my business ever again

Friend of mine took a $2,000 MacBook air to this location to be shipped out to me to be worked on and so I could save his friends data on an external HDD (his friend passed away not long ago and the laptop is what he got to keep.) Got the package today and the box was clearly way to big for such a small laptop, opened the box and there was 2 packs of disinfectant wipes in the box. What a way for you treat a Marine who fought for your freedom in multiple tours of duty. I hope you all burn in hell for what you've done!

I went into the UPS store to ship out a MacBook Air to a friend so he can back up the HD because it was previously owned by a close friend who recently passed way. I payed for them to package the laptop and was told i couldn’t get insurance unless i had proof of the items cost. When the package arrived it was switched out with 2 packs of sanitizer wipes. When I went back to speak to the manager he seemed very dismissive about the whole situation, he then went into the back and made a call then came back and informed me all they could do is give me $100. It seemed like he wasn’t going look into the package theft, I thought it was a federal offense to tamper with mail?
