Great experience at this UPS with Daniel and Laura. Had a lot to ship out and they were extremely kind with us and able to multitask well to be able to help everyone. Great attitude and the only UPS open early after the holiday! Highly recommend.

This is absolutely the best UPS I have ever used! I am there a few times a week and they are very service oriented, a lost art these days. Even when they are busy, the staff works together as a team to quickly help the customers. I would definitely recommend using this location! Thank you

A decent store, just like all the other UPS stores. The line wasn't that long and they got through the line pretty fast, and I enjoyed the AC while I waited to drop off my package

The service here is always very fast and the people behind the counters are excellent and always friendly. All the UPS stores I like this one the best and always come here.

By far my favorite postal delivery service in the area. Lived here for several years and this is the only place I will go. Friendly, trustworthy, and overall great service.

I was very impressed with the level of service I received at this UPS. We had several pieces of artwork and a furniture item to ship to Canada. Daniel was so helpful and service oriented. Our shipment was carefully packed and arrived in Canada ahead of schedule. The store was run very efficiently in spite of the heavy volume of customers and all the associates were patient and kind. In this day and age it is rare to get this level of service and we greatly appreciate it!

Horrible service since new owners took over about 2 months ago. 1st walked in and young lady was texting as she is helping me, not paying attention. I had to call her back twice to tell her the Amazon bag was not sealed. No organization to the line, its just basically who's next. Only 2 people working in there, one of which is the owner (notary), he is always busy notarizing so basically 1 person, and at least a 20 minute wait. AND NEW OWNER CAME IN BRAGGING ABOUT THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS (listed on door hours) 10: 30 -3pm I got there at 1: 30 on 05/08/2022 and guess what, no one was there

I guess the gentleman working there is unaware that there are no more mask mandates in Florida for a long time now. Asked me to put my mask on, I said no thanks since I am vaccinated and on top of that they cannot require you to wear one in Florida. He said they require them so instead of making a big deal I just left. I can always take my business elsewhere. Great thing about living here. But I will be reporting them for requiring masks when you cannot do that anymore. Thanks!

The person there decided to scratch off places in my paperwork i needed notarized without asking. Which made it not valid for my needs. I still paid for his service bc i dont like to confront people. I just dont go back. If you are going to run a business, learn how to do things or not, specially with other peoples property.

My go to UPS store! They really take care of their regular customers. I can't rave enough about their customer service! Worth the extra few minutes of driving than dealing with the post office or rude employees elsewhere. Trust me I'm a reseller and have dealt with a lot of UPS stores.

Go to a different store. This one seems to be managed by an evil owner. Sadly this is the store near my new home and I ship hundreds of packages weekly. Hopefully corporate speaks with the franchise owner and explains to abide by the same rules as everyone else.

Cruel way of enforcing mask. They hound and look through the window as you enter. Then tell you you’re not allowed in without a mask.

The owner is pure evil. When my son who has the same name as me had a letter sent to my mailbox she not only didn't allow it to be delivered, she stood there and counted through each item when I went to get the mail to ENSURE that it wasn't included by mistake, as if she loved sticking it to me. That was so uncalled for. Beyond disgusting

Went here after having trouble at another UPS store more North of them. I wish I had just come here first. Polite, patient staff. Their prices are fair and work impeccable. I will be going here from now on. They gave me no issues printing something via a direct email and notarizing it. Highly recommend this location.

The best experience I have ever had shipping and I have millions in sales on eBay. See the manager Robert Piecora and you will be an extremely happy customer. Highly Recommend! A+
