Hands down the friendliest service I have ever experienced at any UPS location. This place is busy, so expect a wait most of the time. But you will be greeted with a smile and helpful attitude.
The staff is friendly and helpful but it usually takes them a week to get my items sent out after I drop them off. That's just too slow. I will have to take my business elsewhere.
Maurice is a great asset to UPS. Every time I go in to the store, which is often, I am met with a very friendly face. Maurice always has a smile and is so helpful. He makes dropping off packages a pleasure. He makes the store worth the effort to visit.
