Well not only did no one explain why they changed their return policy for amazon, but I also get shafted by customer service when I try to get an answer. The women asked for the location.so, i went to get the receipt to tell her accurately. She hung up on me after i waited like 15mins on hold. This all started with no one saying why ups isn’t packing the order anymore and why i’m required to bring it prepacked. So who ever knows their color system and doesn’t have to pay for packaging congratulations. Not sure why it’s so hard to let someone know why a change was made and how we will be doing business going forward. All in all, if the people on top don’t care to properly disseminate information, then why should the employees right? 0 out of 5.

I had a very lovely experience here today. The employee behind the counter this morning was very helpful and very competent. The UPS Store needs more employees like her! Thanks for service!

This location is one of the worst UPS store! They will charge you to print out an Amazon return label and it's more than $3.00 to print it which is outrageous. They won't accept a USB drive to get your lable printed and instead want it to be emailed to them so that they can charge extra for that. The employees are helpful though but the owner seems to be too greedy. Wouldn't recommend!

The fact that they charge $2 for me to email a file to print which was more than the print itself, is ridiculous. Yikes, never going to UPS for printing.

I paid $43 to ship some heirlooms to my Granddaughter. Was notified that the package was being returned to me because of damage to the box. I arrived to inspect it, the box looked fine to me. The young lady shook the box and it rattled. So we opened it and the homemade 1970 Santa was in shatters. Requested my claimof$100 and it was denied because we opened it.

I went there to print out a document, but their customer usage computer was broken. But, stuff happens. I might have been broken recently.

Avoid this UPS store location at all cost. They refuse to provide the insurance refund for two boxes that they destroyed. The lady who is the store manager is incompetent and rude! Not to mention they charge for not preprinting shipping labels out when Amazon said it was free just take the code to the store. I did report this place to UPS, Amazon, and another UPS store who advised that they were going to do a pop in. Save your money and go to the UPS store in Wellington, West Palm, or down town Lake Worth. This location needs to be shut down!

I ended up having to return literally five boxes worth of decor to send back to Amazon. I can't blame UPS on the parking lot because it's not their fault, however, the parking is bad in that plaza but after dragging five boxes back and forth from my car to the store I went in to realize there is zero wifi inside the store and unfortunately, my phone signal was out of wack. I couldn't pull up my emails to get the return address or the link for them to scan the return. I asked the manager for the wifi password and he said he doesn't have any and that I would have to step out of the store to get signal. I then went outside the store and still no signal. At that point he told me to walk to Publix which isn't convenient for me since I had FIVE boxes with me. After wasting my time, I ended up going back to my car with my boxes and went to another UPS store in Lake Ave that has Wifi and better customer service.

They are very lazy, they get mad like it our fault they working at ups, if you don’t like your job quit. We are paying extra for delivery on this website, so we expect our stuff to be here, and delivered on time.

First time here.great, friendly customer service. The young man at the counter was very efficient and had a smile on his face the whole time. Will be back.
