The UPS Store, Coral Gables FL

I tend to go to this UPS store due to convenience. However, on Sunday (August 20th) the clerk, a young girl with glasses, she looks Central American. Her service was not a good one, not very helpful. I ask her to process some packages to be shipped and said no, and gave me a lame excuse. I also noticed when I was in line that she was not very helpful to a lady that was there to pick up her package. I have seen her there before and I always try to avoid her. If you are the UPS store you should speak with her, she doesn't deal well with some people, so if she does this to me, or other people, very likely that is how she treats your customers.

I went to this store to make copies and send a package. The store has street parking and around the building. I found the store to be very organized and clean, unlike other UPS stores. The staff provided service was friendly and very quick. I am happy this store is near my mom's condo. It's a very convenient location that is easy to get to.

Terrible service! I was told that it is illegal to send packages to China just because they didnt want to deal with paperwork. Next door UPS store shipped without any problems. Shame on customer service reps!

Best customer service - Jorge was amazing and very patient! I had a few things to get done - printing, notary services, and courier. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and also very patient as I got my papers in order. The rest of the staff are friendly too and you can tell they’re genuinely happy to help. Thank you Team!

Very happy with the service of this ups everyone has been very kind when I go to print I always do it in this store, everything always flows quickly, it is very rare when there is a long line, and when I have gone to look for packages they always locate them super fast, I highly recommend this store.

I discovered this UPS store working at Merrick Park. It's the best one with the best energy, everyone who works there is always nice & helpful. I don't go anywhere else and neither should you!

I love this store, the employees are amazing, and I feel so welcomed when I enter. There’s this one employee named Gretna and she has shown me excellent customer service. She has helped me a lot when I have trouble with my packages. The other employees are also amazing I would recommend coming to this UPS store.

This store in particular is great in all areas. The staff there is so nice and helpful when it comes to having any questions or when you need help when it comes to certain procedures. They finally added a female worker to the team staff, Gretna. She was the last missing piece to complete this all-star team. No problems here. Ten out of ten.

I’ve been coming to this ups for quite some time and there customer service is top quality. Always willing to help and get my packages delivered or picked up. Achilles and Jason both have helped me on various occasions.

The folks at this store are just flat-out nice. They remember you, they take care of your items, and they always go out of their way to help you out. Jason and the rest of the crew are always smiling and happy, and when I leave there, I always feel like I'm laughing to myself. Even when I brought in items to return and I didn't realize that the company had sent Fedex labels, they were super helpful in letting me know that I had made a mistakes (they say it happens all the time, and I appreciate them trying to make me feel better).
