There is a wonderful group at UPS Wellington Michelle is excellent They helped me 110% from almost being scammed Thank you so much

Came because of the convenient hours, not going back because of the awful staff. There were no other customers and the clerk was just piddling with their phone, but he was still unwilling to listen to a basic question and abruptly cut my mother off before she finished a simple shipping question without actually answering the correct question she was trying to ask.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. Not sure this store or staff provides any value to Wellington!

One of the best UPS Stores I have ever worked with on the east coast. They actually picked up antique furniture and framed artwork, meticulously packed it and shipped it to me up north to two separate addresses. It arrived in 4 days ground freight! Perfect condition. Communication was super excellent and friendly the whole time, both via email and telephone. Estimates beforehand were very helpful, too.

I frequent the store often. Jason Calle is extremely helpful. He’s always in a good mood and ready to help me. He definitely knows what he doing.

Perfect location! I routinely get off of work around 5-5: 30 and the place across the street is always closed by the time I get there. UPS is open until 6: 30 which is perfect && on the way home to drop off any amazon returns or if I need to mail out anything I sell via ebay.

I was charged $9.00 for a six page fax. Unfortunately they did not know how to use the machine and sent all the pages blank. Caused a delay in my filing an important report. Staff needs to be trained better

This is one of the most friendly store, Daniel the clerk was amazingly helpful in helping me choose the right shipment plan. They do take customer service very seriously.
