Store is very hit or miss. Sometimes I get an empty store with a friendly face and sometimes it’s the exact opposite. Today was one of those days. I watched an interaction with an elderly man and an employee and the employee was extremely rude in front of a packed lobby. The man eventually said “it seems like we aren’t getting along” and the employee had to get someone else to help him. Ironically, the woman who stepped in to help is the one who is usually extremely unfriendly each time I go in. Won’t even look at you or utter a word when you speak. Not sure either of their names but this interaction happened on 2/6 around 12: 45pm. I understand everyone has good and bad days, but it seems like recently the bad days outweigh the good.

Fast and efficient! When I walked in there was a line to the door and I still got out within about 6 minutes. Great job to this team!

They shipped my package to my OWN address and charged me 12.99 for the shipping, I CLEARLY showed the clerk where I wanted the package to go and he immediately interrupted me asking for my phone number instead of listening. I went back and politely asked for either a refund or my package to be shipped with no charge and was told “there is nothing we can do”. Used to come here for all my packages But im disappointed by the customer service here. Dont waste your time coming here

8 people in front of me, and they still got me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, & courteous. Also, they will ship back equipment to Spectrum far faster than the Spectrum store.

I am ashamed, but I have to give big props to Kerri at this location. I came in very frustrated and was pretty rude to be honest. (I apologized profusely) Kerri handled it like a champ. She was so helpful and kind, even though I wasn't.

I go to UPS Stores several times a week to mail products for my business. After months and months of mailing I had a package that I sent to a customer arrive at my store this morning. When I went back to the UPS store the next day I was met with extreme attitude and they tried to charge me again for mailing it even though I clearly read out the customers name and address to the employee. That’s hard to believe someone would try to charge the customer for their mistake. Why would I want to send a package to myself? The employee clearly made a mistake, but yet the client that spends hundreds of dollars a week at your establishment should have to pay for their mistake and deal with your attitude? I have been met with very poor customer service multiple times at this location, and a “customer is always wrong” attitude, and will never return. Most UPS stores I go to are great, but I won’t spend money somewhere if the employees treat you like a scalded dog.

The woman doesn't speak to you when you walk in, ignores you when you're talking & even walked away in the middle of me asking her a question! She's miserable and they need to find the previous young blonde manager and beg her to come back! This store is horrible to deal with now.

Also be careful parking the curb stone had some rebar sticking up out of it last week and damaged my car, rippingmy whole undercarriage and pulled off my cars ground effects.

My husband and I just attempted to try this UPS location one more time after multiple incidents with rude clerks. Today's experience was absolutely the last straw. Amari saw that we had four very heavy boxes (FBA) that were set to the side as my husband waited in line. After the previous customer dropped off her return item (and verbally said that she didn't need a receipt) my husband stepped to the counter, placed the four boxes on the counter so he would be prepared and not hold up the line of customers. Amari snidely told him that she didn't call him from the line and that she wasn't finished with the previous drop off. We aren't new to the FBA drop off routine and our drop off etiquette was appropriate. What was NOT appreciate was Amari's lack of customer service and kindness. Rude!

Great spot for UPS needs.
Kerri is great always professional and calm even when rude customers come in yelling at her. Let it be known Kerri maintains her cool and is a great example of an awesome employee.

Charles was a terrible employee.
He told me without any invoice to send my staff. However, wasting my time. Return my staff. Now I don’t know what date my staff will come back.

I have been a client here since 1996 and am disappointed to have had to close my box because I was a few days late on payment and they locked me out of my box. You'd think a long time client would not be treated this way. I wrote to the owner, and instead of an apology or making amends, she sent me a nasty response which prompted me to reconsider ever walking in there again. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Additionally, the services keep going up and spending almost $500 a year on a UPS center mailbox seems too expensive an expense to justify anymore - especially with rude owners who don't appreciate long term and loyal clientele. Sad to have had to close my box after 26 years, but I prefer to do business with people who value their clients and enjoy serving their community.

I went to return a big box from Amazon today (03/31/22). I have a problem with my hands (I'm an elderly person) and was not able to put the inside of the package all together the way it was when I received it. But I was lucky to get Mark to be so nice and patient with me, to help. He took the time to make it work for me. I am very satisfied with this store, which is also the first time I visit. Thank you Mark! Happy customer here!

Came to drop off packages before closing (5 minutes left) and was refused service. One guy just yelled “you see this line? We’re closed”. My packages were labeled and just needed drop off. No customer service whatsoever.

DO NOT use this location for ANYTHING. GO DOWNTOWN to the ups store that knows what they are doing and has more than half way competent employees. Idfk how this place is even in business.

I dropped by my local UPS store with no warning that I intended to ship a fairly large palm tree to our home in Indiana. When I told the staff what my intentions were oh my did the laughing and joking start and that was before I before the palm tree inside the store. Laughing and joking the whole time the staff especially the manager were amazing! We ended up shipping the palm tree ground, 2 day ship point. When the plam tree arrived at our home 2 days later it was alive and exactly as I had last seen it. The staff has even left a note asking me to call with an update. I highly recommend this location to anyone! The level of customer service and the “we got this” attitude was beyond expectation!

Crystal is an outstanding employee but she needs some help. My order took up some time (apologize) & store became full. She remained very polite & apologetic for the wait but it was evident she was stressed as she was managing me while trying to keep up with those that came in.

Manager eventually got up to expedite the needs of the remaining customers.
