Don't waste your time.
Always understaffed, long waits and terrible service
Horrible customer service. Some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with. No one there is capable of simple tasks. Don’t waste your time.
We walked in at 2: 33 as they were closing the gate, not knowing that they closed at 2pm. They warmly welcomed us in and took care of us. This is so appreciated when it certainly would have been easier to tell us to come back tomorrow! Thanks for the great service!
Today I went in to return a package without the printed out label, i forgot my wallet at home for the 2$ fee but that wasn’t a problem, Mila came in clutch, she saved me a whole trip back home and to the store, again thank you! Gas is not cheap
Seriously. Hire more staff. There is always a long line, excessive waits, and overworked employees.
My recent visit to this UPS store was a letdown. The speed of service was significantly slower than expected, causing unnecessary delays. Further, the unprofessional conduct of the staff, engaging in arguments with customers, was very disappointing. I encourage others to consider alternative locations or shipping providers until there's an improvement in their service.
Mila is the store manager at this location & she knows how to take care of customers. She understands that good service means repeat business. Her employees all seem to work as a team & help each other. Kayla & Grant we’re the ones with which I had interaction, along with Mila. Thank you UPS Store team!
I had a rather awkward shipment, which wasn't handled properly by the UPS Pickup folks (not associated with this store) and then had issues printing the labels. Kim and Kayla were smiley, friendly and proactive. They helped me to reweigh my package because I had to estimate previously, this week surely save me some money, and Kim was able to efficiently figure out a way to reprint the label for me. These ladies are tops in customer service and deserve a raise! Thank you Kim and Kayla! I really appreciated your friendly and efficient help!
Closed when I came by at 4: 15pm, even though hours posted online and on the door say open until 5pm. Wasted my time and others driving there.
Manager should be fired or franchise revoked for failure to do the most basic thing. I've never worked somewhere where we weren't open during stated hours. If an employee has to go home early, a manager or another employee fills in. Simple as that.
I’ve been using UPS Stores for years. This one is not a good one. They advertise services that they don’t offer. (Passport Photos). Doesn’t take much to update your website or your in-store advertisement.

Thank you for your reply. For that I upped the rating. I had stopped at 2 other UPS stores who’s website stated they do passports just to find out that they don’t. I understand you are a franchise and you have limited control on your own webpage. However, it’s very frustrating as a consumer to try to get work done in a timely fashion, and they have to rely on false information as posted on those websites. It makes your store, and the others look totally incompetent and unprofessional, and that’s not right for you small business owners.
Arianna was a gem in helping me today! I was such a mess this morning when I came in and I can’t put into words how much it meant for her to be so patient and efficient when she was helping me get everything together. Thanks a million, Arianna!
I’ve had so many poor customer service experiences with UPS Stores in particular, but yesterday I went into this location and was helped by Kim. She made my entire day and the process so easy. I was blown away by how helpful and kind she was while I was in. Thank you so much, Kim!
The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They have always gone out of their way to help me out. Highly recommend
They refuse to let me use business account, so this location is worthless.
Edit: I hope Drew realizes accusing people of running a scam will lead to a host of legal issues. It's a franchise thing. I was told at 2 locations on pine island road that you don't allow it because you don't make enough money on business accounts. I either have to pay out of pocket at a higher price or go to another franchise to ship them.
This is the worst place, I ever been, there international system always don’t work, The employee here is not knowledgeable enough to take care the business, always long line and associates are taken too much time talking each other. Don’t go in this UPShit waste of time to fall in line.
Send a lot of packages through this location and haven’t had a single issue. Staff is welcoming and work very fast and effectively. Really not sure why there are so many negative reviews. These employees work their butts off.
I've been here three times in the last week trying to ship a return. Line is almost out the door, system down, employees just standing around talking not even attempting to fix it.
I love coming into this UPS Store. They make everything so easy and go so smoothly. I appreciate Grant’s help when I go in! He’s such a darlin!
