The UPS Store, Tampa FL

Never answer the phone unless your very lucky. The door is sometimes locked with employees in plain sight? Go to another location. Even if is a bit farther it is worth it!

This store closes when they are supposed to be open as Google states. This store never answered the phone and a big inconvenience. I have to go out way to travel to the Fowler location. Only to stand in extremely long lines because most of the customers left the same location on Busch just like me. If this store feels to do what they want just closed the whole store permanently. It’s never open anyways.

I have been here multiple times to get fingerprinting done… every time I go they get rejected because of quality and I have to waste time to go back and get it redone. The last time I went, I showed up about 20 minutes early and was greeted with attitude about being early for my appointment time and got told “well we will get to you. ” The man doing my fingerprints lacked instruction which was probably the reason that they got rejected. I am done going to this location! Rude and unreliable.

Hours are 7: 30am -6pm. It is 12: 45pm on Friday and the store is closed with no sign. This happens consistently at this location.

Incredibly helpful! There is a young man there named Brendon that helped me and he is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Well done

The guys working are so nice and funny, helped us fax something super fast. They were super nice to everyone that walked in no one had to wait at all.

Store supposed to open at 7: 30am. Sat in front of store until 7: 55am nobody showed. Called number nobody answered. No other UPS stores nearby open for another hour. Would not recommend.

I have been here several times to drop off Amazon returns. There is ALWAYS a line-sometimes out the door-and never enough people working. When you finally do get to the counter, the employees are too busy joking and talking with each other to pay any attention. The one on Fowler always has only 1 girl working and she is FAST and FRIENDLY EVERY TIME. Don't go here!

This place is amazing. They are fast and incredibly helpful. My husband came to return a package but was struggling to carry it will a baby. These incredible workers went above and beyond and helped carry the package for him. They are the greatest! If you want your package mailed fast and with care this is the place to go.

They are NEVER open. Today it’s a “internet outage”. Tomorrow they’re going to have a sign “closed due to shortage of worker’s”. This is the worst UPS location.

Helpful and friendly getting my packages returned. My thanks to Lynorris and Big Broc for making this easy and going over and beyond to assist with technical support to get returned labels printed. A little help goes a long way. Here is 5 stars for you.

Closed at random hours, they have the door locked when there is a line of people inside, no signs on the doors, etc. Awful service and awful location
