Unbelievable, this store charge $4.00 for receive an email and click print, to print 1 page they total charge you $4.25. Terrible

Just dropped of a package at UPS and the two lovely ladies helped me out and made my day. Gave me great pricing and options. Better than the one down the street. Can not wait to go back!

Recommended. Excellent service and pricing. We had them pick-up an item we bought at a local auction house and mail to us in Calif. Everything went smoothly. Other UPS stores charge much more for the same services. Thank you.

Always drive the distance to this store on Sheridan Street. Super efficient and quick. They know their stuff. They are a franchise store (I believe all UPS stores are) so what happens to the packages after they leave their store is UPS the company, But getting them packed properly and getting them out on time is the harder task.
Who doesn’t love dealing with Smart people?

The sorry excuse for A man that was working here today should be fired and probably much worse.he was no help, arrogant and dismissive.refused to perform basic function the store has performed several times before. Citing it was something I was not doing without any thorough explanation dismissed as if I were as low as his behavior.

Refuse to give any identifying information or provide manager support.

The interior of the store is just as disgusting as the personnel I had the displeasure of dealing with today take your business elsewhere.

I paid to send two large boxes on today shipping that had perishable items in them to Nashville Tennessee, cost me $160 each box. Of course I arrive to Nashville Tennessee and only one of the boxes has made it. Accidents happen but what makes me furious is when I go to this location to get reimbursed for the package that they cannot find that never made it to its destinations and I get told that it will be several weeks before someone even calls me to process the claim. Just another example of how these large corporations do not care whatsoever about paying customers and they make the process agree. Just Lee difficult to recoup your money after they have made the mistake. As a business owner when I make mistakes for my clients. I don’t make them wait weeks and weeks to be reimbursed because it’s just simply not a professional way of doing business. It’s amazing they can take your payment instantly when you ship the package but when they mess up it might take months before you get your money back. How disgusting.

Excellent Customer Service! They helped me pack up all of my parents antiques and ship them back to Canada. They did an awesome job packing everything up, not one thing broke. I am so happy we did not lose any of our precious family treasures. Thanks Guys!

I recently had a truly terrible experience with UPS, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment here. My shipment, which was of utmost importance and contained valuable items, was unfortunately robbed during transit and the boxes were changed, resulting in several missing items (not to mention the ones that arrived broken). This incident has left me feeling frustrated, violated, and let down by UPS's security measures.

To say that I am upset would be an understatement. Not only did I trust UPS to safely deliver my package, but I also expected them to take appropriate precautions to prevent theft. Regrettably, it seems that they failed on both fronts. It is deeply unsettling to know that my package was tampered with while under their care.

The missing items are not only of monetary value but also hold sentimental significance to me. I strongly advise against using UPS if you value the safe delivery of your packages and expect responsive customer support. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, resulting in stolen items and a lack of concern from the company. I hope that UPS takes this feedback seriously and works towards rectifying these issues to restore customer trust.

One of the employees is very rude, didn’t say Hi or Bye and acted like she hates being there. Which is fine, these type of jobs are not the best but you must have manners when you work customer service.

Mark and all of his workers are helpful and give you price options. Mark wrapped a large Art piece for me very carefully and with great patience. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. They offer many different wrapping options and printing and are all easy and give user friendly help and advice. Thank you for such great service!

Today is 3/24/23 @ 2: 45 pm. I had a very distasteful experience with this store with their worker an African American lady with orange hair who was absolutely unprofessional and not helpful with a nasty attitude. I walked out and took my business to Taft St who the young man was amazing. I wish I could give zero + zero stars. Reading all these reviews I really hope the manager takes this into consideration to retrain those workers who clearly hate their JOB

Unbelievably rude staff completely annoyed that this is their job and they have to help you/ even talk to you. To charge customers almost $5 to print an existing UPS label is criminal. I was told by the team member I could go home and print if I didn’t like it. I ask you is this how UPS would like to conduct business given the many shipping options customers have?
