Always amazing and very polite staff but today Cassidy went above and beyond helping! When my 2-step verification to print labels went kaput - he stepped right up to help and get them all printed - professional, friendly, and ever so kind! THANK YOU!

I went to this place many times. Last night was horrible I purchased a box the day before it was too small. I wanted to return the unused box and get a larger box and pay the difference.the girl who worked there was very hesitant from the start.and several customers told her and explained he simply wants to return the unused box and get a new one and is willing to pay for.she told me she needs her managers approval and called on phone. NO answer.she got major attitude problem was rude.can't work independently.train your staff better!
