Just walked, greeted immediately and within seconds the staff member took my boxed up shoes and prepaid label then tco’ed everything. He then gave me a confirmation slip and thanked me! Perfect, as it should be! Thank you, Nathan for running such a great operation!

Went to store and had one package that needed boxing for some reason when the other didn’t need anything. I had no idea and thought, now I have to go find a box and she said, she’ll handle it. Have a good day! Wow! That was really excellent service and saved me a headache. I go here often and will continue for sure.
