The UPS Store, Fort Lauderdale FL

Every time I come to this UPS they are always quick and nice! They are very helpful and always answer my questions!

The service is always great. Josh was so helpful with our returns. I couldn't thank him enough for his kindness, patience and help. He was wonderful.

Dont really trust this place, theres been more than a few mails i shouldve gotten but havent

It’s happened 3 times to me now that I show up at 8: 15am and doors are locked and no one is there. It’s frustrating since the most convenient time to drop things off are in the morning. Store location is great but idk why the store is never open when they say it will be open.

Staff is always courteous and professional. Easy in and out. Never a long wait. Parking can be challenging in that area, but they have their own private spot.

Great service, very patient, and helpful! I will definitely use this stores services when I am in the area!

The worst location.
Associates are unnecessarily rude.
I won’t be using this location anymore.
My last experience was enough.

The team at UPS store #6699, especially Rose, went above and beyond to help in my time of need! They made sure that my fragile, valuable package made it safely! The personal care that was taken and the attention to detail was excellent! THANK YOU!

I've been coming to this store for a couple of years now. I choose them over any other store. Today, I was denied to drop off a package going to asurion. It was for a damaged device, and today is the last day to return. A gentleman in the store I've seen before said it is this stores policy that they don't allow any packages to be dropped off for asurion because its a liability? All packages being dropped off are a liability? I've never heard of such a policy. Asurion said they've never had this issue with ups before either. I've reported this to UPS head quarters as I'm sure I'm not the only one. This is a franchise, and if UPS said they accept these packages, your store should not be any different. #Store6699, you have 1 job.thank goodness there are plenty of stores in the area.

Update: I dropped off the package at another ups store. They accepted and stated they could take the phone they just couldn't provide a receipt. At the end of the day, they gave me the option. Unlike this store. The owner of this store stated they did me a favor by not accepting it? Why should you choose what's best for my situation? I'd warn and explain the possible outcomes and allow the customer to decide whether or not to move forward as the other store did.

I guess posted Store hours mean nothing. Says opens at 8 am but no one here til 8: 30-9. Horrible way to run a business.

The guy with funny hair is terrible, bad educated, unprofessional, alway with bad mode, very bad attention to clients and even disrespectful. No star for palm tree head

I’d give these places 10 stars. The oakland park location is awesome too. Never had any issues and fast service.

Rose is very patient and polite. I came in with multiple items for return and she was able to assist me in the best way! Wonderful person and excellent customer service.

They lost a gift card to my sister. Despite my request for tracking and repeated stops at the store. The owner/mgr said he would call SEVERAL times and never once did. Finally I got someone on the phone who helped me -months later. But I’m so grateful

This is the only UPS store location in my area that processes returns on the spot. I go out of my way to take my returns to this store.
