November 18,2021. I brought in an item to be sent out; Joaquin helped me. My packaging was kind of flimsy and, when he found out there was artwork inside, Joaquin mentioned they couldn’t guarantee its arriving in good condition. He asked if he could open the packaging and add stiff cardboard inside. I agreed to it. KUDOS TO JOAQUIN! The art arrived in perfect condition to its destination in Wisconsin! His professionalism was above and beyond expectations. I am so pleased. Thank you! Addendum: Bravo Justin, on 9/13/23: he was FANTASTIC in getting my Amazon return out the UPS doors ASAP. GREAT PLACE!
The employees at this store are just awesome! Specially Fabiola. They make sure my packages are shipped and delivered timely. I have been sending packages to The Netherlands and some times customs have place the packages on hold but Fabiola has been super efficient contacting me and sending all the information needed and making sure the packages move quickly from customs to the final destination. I’m very happy with the service Fabiola has provide and I recommend this store 100%.
Terrible service this afternoon. There was a black woman and a hispanic woman behind the service desk. The Hispanic woman with the glasses serviced me and she was rude and unhelpful the entire time. She made the process difficult and wouldn't assist me with basic information. She demanded I buy a box to return my AT&T equipment, and AT&T told me I wouldn't have to pay for anything out of pocket. The paper says "No need to package anything and there's no cost to you. " I have never had to pay for anything when i return equipment. I brought my own box as well. The box I brought was the box my new modem came in, so it was ripped open a little bit. She eventually made due with the box that I brought, but called me back into the store to throw away remnants of my box that broke off instead of throwing them away herself. I asked her if she had a recycle bin she could throw them away in, and she pointed to the small trash can in the lobby. She was purposefully trying to be obtuse. Worst interraction i've ever had with a UPS employee. She was cold, short, indifferent, and off-putting. Why is she working here? What type of customer service was that?
I brought a package and Diego made it really easy for me. Really good customer service from him!

Never ever ship anything from this store. I sent out 5 packages to be mailed to my new address in another state from here. Every single box I shipped my items in look like someone opened them and went through them, I have sealed items that were opened, broken or damaged items in sealed packages, an entire box of mugs and fragile items were repackaged without my permission and delivered to me in pieces, and I have property that was stolen. Who ever was the lowlife that stole my things, or broke my things while in this store or in transit, I hope you get everything you deserve in life. And UPS needs to seriously do a better job of hiring people!
I needed to print a prepaid label, and I understand the cost associated with printing that label. However, I was charged $2 just to email their Gmail account and then also charged for printing the label. Gmail is a free service provided by Google. It cost absolutely $0, and it seems to be excessive to charge customers for this.
The store opened late but the cashiers were fast professional and very polite. They got all the customers in and out quickly
DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE! I went there this afternoon to ship a package. I was quoted over $700 for the packaging and shipping of this item. FORTUNATELY their internet was on the fritz and my purchase did not go thru. I ended up taking my item to the next closest store (on Dixie Highway), they quoted me $270 for the exact same item.
I would love to know why there was such a price difference, isn't the pricing supposed to be the same at each UPS Store?
When their internet was down, they also had the nerve to ask if I would write my credit card information down so they could charge my card when their service was back up!
