The UPS Store, Pompano Beach FL

They knew exactly what I needed for sending in a passport. They even asked if I expedited it. Turns out if you expedite it you’ll be sending it somewhere different. They probably savedme a headache.

You know, for all the frustrations with shipping companies, whenever I come in here they are so nice to me. The staff is fast friendly and professional. Whatever mood I'm in, whatever shipping nightmare I'm dealing with, they have a positive attitude and a helpful friendly spirit. I always go to this store because I know they're going to leave me in a better mood. I actually prefer FedEx, but I love the staff here, and when possible I will always do business at this UPS location.

I use this store for personal and business shipping. I have nothing but great things to say about them. Very courteous and professional staff.

This place is top notch they do change employees a lot from time to time idk why.but I see lot of complaints about the extra fees as a business a business can charge you for whatever they want as long you receiving a service from them. It’s just part of life in the USA, you have to work and pay for everything. Medical services not even free. STAY WOKE PEOPLE.

Store policy is that all shipments with prepaid return labels have to go to the store. This caused me to make two unnecessary trips to the store (the owner claimed my package was not delivered the first time even though it UPS said it was). Would not recommend using this store.

This place charges $10.00 pick up fee just for picking up small envelope package at their location that was delivered here to be picked up by customer. All UPS shipping charges were already paid for and extra charge by this store is unfair and unjustified. Stay away from this place if you don't want high unexpected extra charges for picking up prepaid package delivered to this location for you.

Don’t come to these store!
They allow you to schedule appointments at 7: 30am, only opens 8am and…. Surprise, the “boss” said only do fingers prints after 10: 30!
They don’t respect Custumers, don’t deserve our money!

Just spoke to someone over the phone about the mailbox system and she was super helpful and massive respect to the branch on helping out with learning about the mailbox pricing and more.

This has to be the nicest place to drop your Amazon packages off. These people are always so friendly.fast get you in and out with a smile.great place for all your shipping and packaging needs.thanks for being such a great business!
