There were two girls working here when I arrived to print something off and just watching them interact with the customers in-front of me I knew it was going to be a good experience. They were so kind and courteous. They got people and in out with ease and I highly recommend this place for anything.

I have used the store several times or more and every time a young lady there named Jessica helps me she goes above and beyond her job to help me.she has even taken my phone and sent the labels to the UPS email and printed them out for me.without her doing that for me, I would not have been able to send the packages back because I only had a picture of the label and she took care of all my needs every time that I have went into the store. Thank you so much for your help Jessica.

Jayda, Shun and Melissa are always amazing! They have great energy that keeps bringing me back. I have a UPS near where I live that isn’t the best nor as welcoming and I go out of my way to come to this store to see the girls, get what I need and leave with positive energy. Thank you so much!

Went in the print and fax a document and to return an Amazon package. A very nice young man helped me, was very nice, helpful and polite. I am so sorry I did not get his name but is was 10/9/23 @ 5: 30 pm

Melissa was awesome. She greeted me the moment I walked into the door and assisted me with all of my needs.

I have never had any issues here. Everyone is very attentive and willing to solve any issues I may have. I feel very comfortable going to this particular location as well.

Terrible service at this location. Almost never pick up their phone (even when it’s not busy). Purposely not picking up the phone and don’t want to talk to you. Very unorganized employees. Complained to the owner multiple times, but not much improvement unless he is there than it gets done. Employees having a hard time to find packages, sometimes it gets lost and no one wants to take the responsibility. Very unprofessional and unorganized employees. Would not recommend this location.

Melissa was extremely helpful with assisting me with my packages. Antonio and Jess were great also. I come to this location often and everyone is nice. I’m in and out so quick just how I like it.
