The UPS Store, Winter Garden FL

There is no wheelchair accessible entrance here. The door is narrow and if you are carrying boxes you will have a hard time.

I love our Hamlin UPS location. Chuck helped me today, he’s always very friendly. Xavier is super helpful and has a great work ethic! Thank you UPS Hamlin.visited this morning & Priti was the biggest help! Love her and this location!

This store is a joke, they charged me extra money for my package to arrive today early in the morning and the package is delayed, and also they lied to me because apparently after talking with costumer support the packages to be delivered for today were already picked up for the day.

Chuck and Xavier were great. Super helpful, knowledgeable about all the products. Thank you for your professionalism and you don’t deserve to be treated like how that other gentlemen did. You guys were great at handling bad situations.

Eshan at the Hamlin store is helpful, courteous and just simply amazing. He makes you want to come back to the store even if you don’t need anything.

Friendly, fast, fabulous service was my experience at the UPS Store at Hamlin today. I was greeted and asked what I needed today as soon as I walked in. All 3 people working were pleasant with the customers coming in while I was waiting on a fax to go through. Highly recommend!

We just had a very positive experience at UPS in Hamlin. Priti provided us Notary services. She was super professional, efficient and pleasant. She and her staff calmly managed a high volume of customers during our visit.

Absolute worst UPS store in the nation. Employees look cranky and are working at snail pace. Please fix this ASAP.

I reviewed once before, but have to say it again. Really amazing service from this location! I had a ton of Amazon packages and Priti was so kind and quick. She was friendly and super efficient! I have had poor/unfriendly service at other locations in the area who would get visibly annoyed about serval packages. So really thankful for the quick, friendly service!

I live nearby and always use this ups store for all my postal needs, Xavier is always there and a great UPS employee, greets everyone with a smile on his face and helps us greatly. This store definitely deserves a 5 star rating
