The UPS Store, Orlando FL

Terrible service, the employees sitting at the counters. I asked them some questions and they reluctantly answered me. I told them that I needed overnight shipping and a woman came out of the warehouse yelling at me that this service was too expensive. I don't care about the cost because it's my shipping and I pay for it, but if you have such rude employees, sorry, but it's wrong. So it is not recommended. 0% in services. Horrible

I’ve only been to this location twice and both experiences were not pleasant. The workers in there seem to be a little prejudice or racist every time I come in there. It’s a problem with the service I need far as getting something notarized. I can go to the one in Winter Garden off McGuire and have no problem at all. This needs to be addressed.

Came all the way down from Maitland to return my spectrum equipment and their “receipt label machine” was not working. Unbelievable.

They try to charge for something even with the free Amazon returns. It is this Branch's policy I think. They are money oriented not customer. If you need to return Amazon items go to different ups location.

I have never had an issue with my returns in any store. Until today a middle eastern guy assisted me. Very rude and condescending. Questioning me on why I buy things if I am going to return them. Why I have so many codes so on and so forth. That I am messing up his system and what he needs to do. It’s your job to accept my packages and returns. It’s your job to have CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not question what I am doing or why. That is very disrespectful and rude of you. If you don’t want to accept packages then don’t work in a package store. You chose this job not me. Horrible people horrible service horrible manners. He even told the lady next to him oh we have work for us now and she laughed. This is your job if you don’t like it then leave!

I just leave a one star do I can leave a really bad review the costumer service is the worst the charge you for stuff the even need to do even to put the box in the box or the basket they don’t even finish with you and calling people of front of you and the print paper 4 dollar is crazy if you can’t don’t go to this place

Super bad service, I do not recommend going to this place if you are going to deliver something from Amazon, nor do they want to receive it, so why not say UPS does not want to work, or more to say, the workers they have in this place are not professional as they should be, at least on the shift.to which I received very bad attention, they should change the staff at least from the Monday shift

The guy that worked there did not even say hi the guy with glasses that’s overweight when I brought my stuff he didn’t even say a word he pointed with the hands and he looked like he had an attitude worst service ever won’t come back again they need to train their employees to speak and be nice instead of pointing with their fingers like we can read their minds

WARNING: they charge $4 to print a label! Outrageous! The employees are nice but the the greedy management/owner thinks it’s fair to charge people $4 for a single A4 sheet.

Terrible customer service, I’ve been here many times since I live very close and all the time the middle eastern gentlemen is very rude and dismissive. On many instances he’s told me not true information that once I go to the UPS store on Kirkman they are some how always able to do what that gentlemen said isn’t able to be done. At this point I’m done going to that location but it’s just so un professional the treatment that my family has received every time I’ve visited this place.

Another UPS Store with good to very good customer service. As I use to write for other UPS Stores, it is not very usual to receive a great service at an UPS Store, but this one is VERY different: employees are helpful, they are polite and they will (try) help you.

They DON'T have an "express" line for Amazon Returns or pre-paid drop-offs - hopefully they will copy this good idea that the UPS Store located at Kirkman is using for several months.

They greeted me with a smile. Very kind and helpful staff. I was in and out in a very short time. I would recommend this location to everyone.

I come to this location frequently. I am always able to get in & out quickly and with ease! The people here are knowledgeable and helpful.

This by far the worst ups location ever. No customer service, don’t care about anything. If you are going to be in an urban location you need to adapt to that. I witness them treat people horribly

Terrible customer service. Just called and the lady that attended me would not let me finish explaining what I needed to confirm if they can help me. I asked to speak to the manager and in Spanish he said in a rude tone “she will just have to wait and was huffing and puffing. They didn’t know I spoke Spanish. It was just all un called for. I just wanted to know if they had the box I needed or if I needed to get my own before arriving to the location.

I always use this specific store for Amazon returns because they are super friendly, quick & helpful! I highly recommend this location for any of your packing and shipping needs.
