The UPS Store, Orlando FL

This store does not have cameras so if you value your privacy do NOT go here. My wallet was stolen in front of employees who basically said sorry that sucks. Awful, awful store.

I enjoy coming to this location (I mind you, I live in Poinciana) because they’re always so friendly and accommodating.

Jeannette is so kind as well as the rest of the staff she is willing to help you in anything you need she notarized and even made the whole diligence for apostille send the envelopes and everything that I didn't know how to do. The store is always clean.

The lady who was there did not want to give me service because I am Latina I think. My return was packaged and all that I just had to print the label and she did not want to help me out because she said the item was not packaged. It was in the original box it came and we removed the label it had attached she did not receive it. Worst service ever.

This review is for Monica who went above and beyond her service is 5 star. We were having trouble with printing and then faxing she was handling us and at the same time handling other customers so that they don’t have to wait. She gave us sm information which is helpful to us in future and she was fast too. Her politeness and professionalism is top notch. This UPS store is quite close to our apartment but still whenever I’ll visit this store her name will always be in my mind. Thank you for your awesome service.

I am extremely grateful to Ginette for being so helpful and attentive when helping me with the printing of a photograph. Well, without a doubt, the best service that they have been able to give me in a UPS store.

Jeannette and the girls in the store are amazing. I was looking to notarize a document that also had to be apostilled and didn’t know that UPS stores can do that. I came to the store hopeless because I had called and visited other places with absurd fees and charges to do that, and not only I was able to exit with my document notarized and sent to Tallahassee for the apostille, but Jeanette did almost everything for me since I had no idea of all the steps involved in the process. “There is an application that needs to be sent with the document.do you have it” she asked. Of course I had no idea what she was talking about so she proceeded to look for it online, find it after a while and printed it for me to fill. Her help was amazing. It’s a shame we can only rate 5 stars. And the only thing I had to pay was $10 plus the shipping when other places wanted to charge up to $300

I needed to print a document, get it notorized, scanned and emailed to me. All the associates were very helpful and kind and Monica the manager made the notorization and scanning as easy as 1,2,3. Thank you for the pleasant experiance and quick service.

after printing a piece of paper from the computer, I asked another employee about how to make copy since it did not let me self copy it on the machine!
The employee was NOT helping someone OR busy with another customer, asked me to wait, in a rude way, until someone else can help me when there is a line on ONE employee assisting others!
I will never come back here and would rather drive to another UPS store to be assisted!

I would like to give 5 star but last few years months all the staff has changed and now is different attitude and ok don't feel like this is my local ups store like it was so unfortunate I hope the new staff be more friendly because I already had some difference with the new staff no friendly polite and not helpful

Want to ship some packages. We already had the labels printed. While looking to find an adequate box, o e of the clerks came and grabbed one of our items, read the package and told is they couldn't ship it (it was dry shampoo). First of all, rude. Second of all, we weren't going to ship them as we had to I pack some items that were all thrown together. The best part, we packed everything complete with shipping labels. All they did was tape the boxes and we were charged foe "packing services. Last I checked, packing services is just that, packing, labeling, and taping. Apparently both clerks had some attitude because my friend mentioned the fact that the ine clerk went into our things and grabbed a product. Last time we come here, and we use UPS all the time. #girlbye

Potential customers for printing beware… much better options in the area. They don’t allow you to email them to print a simple document like other stores in the area and you have to use the self service kiosk and pay $5 just to print.

The worst service ever. They refusing to print out the label for me and forcing me to print it on my own, even charging me for it. For one label. A return shipping label. The guy there was very rude and not really helpful. Whack.

Easy drop off, the lady today was helping two other customers but noticed my only need to drop off.

One piece of paper printed there from an email cost 5.60! Took less than a second. Highway robbery! Will avoid UPS as much as I can

I went to the store this morning to mail out last minute Christmas presents. The woman who took care of me was the only employee in the store. She was killing it! As the only employee working on the last day to ship before Christmas, she had a long line. But she was taking care of every customer efficiently and nicely! The whole experience between standing in line and shipping my package took maybe 10 minutes. This beats the post office where I was there for 30 minutes! Yesenia was awesome!

Thank you for making my wedding invitations look brilliant, beautiful and bold. They came out as I expected. Monica, you are the 3rd times the charm. Thank you for making it happen. I appreciate you and the staff.
