I always choose this UPS because they provide exceptional customer service. All the associates I have come across have been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

On my lunch break I attempted to mail a small bubble package envelope previously costing me $1.35 at every other UPS store! Being told today that it’s going to cost me over six dollars because it’s a bubble envelope! Insane

Dear UPS Trinity Location,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the poor customer service I received from your company. As a 3 plus year loyal customer, I have always expected reliable and efficient service from UPS, but my recent experience has left me utterly dissatisfied. I

On 07/21/2023 I shipped a package out and it arrived at its location destroyed 8/1/2023, when I came in to ship another item out and to check on a order. The 3 boys in the shop are beyond disrespectful. I asked to speak with Carla and was told she is the back which you can clearly see from the counter. Then 30 seconds later she stepped out. So it’s either Carla is not Interested in speaking with me about the status of the order I place or is not interested in working on the order.

It is deeply disappointing to see a company of UPS's stature fail so miserably in terms of customer service. It is evident that there is a lack of training and accountability within your organization, resulting in an unprofessional and disorganized approach to dealing with customer complaints.

As a result of this entire ordeal, I have not only lost confidence in UPS as a reliable shipping service but have also incurred financial loss due to the damaged merchandise. I had entrusted your company to deliver my package safely and on time, but instead, I was met with delays, incompetence, and damage.

I have always held UPS in high regard and hope that you will take this feedback seriously. I believe that by addressing these issues promptly and making necessary improvements, your company can regain its reputation for excellence in customer service.

I look forward to your prompt attention to this matter and a swift resolution

I stopped in very last minute for some copies of my resume due to having some printer issues. The team was super helpful in getting me a copy and sending me on my way. Not my first time coming in, everyone is always very friendly.

My worst experience with ups
Employees are not welcoming and uncooperative, and their treatment is extremely bad

Went early so there was no line. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because their prices seem to be astronomical these days!

Clueless owner refusing to ship even hunting products because he/she thinks its related to firearms, not to mention tongue chewer front desk employees gives you a blank stare when you try and explain to them. I wasnt shipping anything remotely a weapon.get educated before you ban things you know nothing about. Clowns.
