I can’t begin to thank the staff of this UPS location for their help! I used a 3rd party service to deliver some items to be returned as I was visiting and had no car. I realized that miscommunication resulted in most of the items not being scanned. I immediately called the store and the young man that answered was amazing and went above and beyond to provide a solution to get my items processed for return!
Thank you so, so much! That was a true example of stellar customer service and deserving of 5+ stars!

Employers welcomed me immediately, politely and provided help as soon as they could, providing good customer communication.

I placed an order, they gave me only one receipt and three orders in which they took everything, they didn't crack the codes and I lost the things and my money, what a bad job.

Sadly, I am unable to give SUB-ZERO star. Horrible customer service coming from the new owner/boss, he is the weirdest guy over the Earth, that subject is specialized to deceive and trick the customers…. A professional LIAR. Stay away from that 7th world scam factory!

I am a senior citizen with little techy skills. I can always count on one of their staff helping me return or mail packages without any complaints. I ask nicely, they help nicely! Thank you!

UNRELIABLE! Wish I could give 0 stars…1 star is more than they deserve. Paid over $100 to have a document delivered today. Checked the tracking number and it says “label made”. Called the store and their representative said that she “can’t control what the driver does with the letter. ”

Excellent location and the support staff is amazing. Very attentive and quiet location. Sundays, is the best day to go, they are open from 11 am - 3 pm.

I arrived to drop off a return package. Apparently, this UPS doesn’t ship packages over 75 lbs, nor is this “rule” published ANYWHERE in the store. After requesting to speak to the manager, the employee calls her on her personal cell phone only to tell me to “go to the government mailer cause it's too heavy. ” The manager does not even speak English.

UPDATE

The product was shipped from the UPS store in Glenvar Heights (6800 & 40). Evidently, the UPS store I went to didn’t want to work on Sunday, as the staff at this store even measured the box (64 x 40.5) to make sure they could ship it.
