The UPS Store, Sun City Center FL

Whoever the African American older woman working 12/20/23 at 1: 20pm was EXTREMELY rude the lack of customer service she had was very concerning. How can something like this slip the hiring manager for the store. It was so bad I decided to not even use you all service. Please do something about this.

We use this facility often over the years. Always great service. Today Kimberly gave us great care. Jon always great!

Friendliness of staff makes going to this store pleasurable. This time of year sometimes retail staff can seem abrupt but not at this store.

I just moved to the Sun City Center, FL and this was my first time going to the UPS store there. Kimberley was very professional, kind, and answered all of my questions to my full satisfaction.

Jon and Anthony both were polite and very efficient! I will never ship with no other carrier than UPS! Love this store!

Great service! The employees were very kind and swift with my return. I felt bad for the employees since there were people in front of me giving them a hard time. They were calm and tried their best to help them. Definitely coming back to this location again for my shipping.

As long as it is open, they are usually quick to process returns. Workers are okay, not the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Often times the store is randomly closed on a Sunday with no note on the door as to why. Wouldn’t recommend going on the weekend because of this.

I went to your store Saturday at 3: 15 and it was closed. The hours on the door said it'd be open on Sunday from 10 to 3. Now it's Sunday 12 noon and you're closed! Very disappointed. The website says you're supposed to be open on Sunday during these hours.

Terrible customer service! Paid $90 for 2 day shipping (4 day shipping is only $20) Packages dropped off at store in SSC in the morning in plenty of time, if there wasn’t enough time why did you accept 2 day shipping request? Email states 2 day delivery but, tracking says 5 days. Store says too bad I can’t do anything. No apology, no partial refund offered. Customer service couldn’t help me either, left me on hold for over an hour for a supervisor. This is theft!

Super long line and someone came in with a big box who was allowed to go to front of line and leave everyone else waiting while UPS employee taped box for her. What the?

Staff is always helpful and go above and beyond to help their customers. Kimberley always has a smile and does what she can to help you out.

I legit don’t think the AC works in this location, it’s always smoldering hot with a line wrapped around inside, slow.

I have been to this UPS location multiple times and highly recommend it. Prompt courteous staff. Clean facilities.

The employees at this store are so helpful and nice. Granted, I understand this store gets busy, buts that’s not on the employees. This store is always very busy and yet the employees always have a great attitude towards the customer
