I sent a box of mangoes to Maine and spent $95 for 3 day Ups shipping. The mangoes ended up arriving in 7 days and were ruined. Ups Cooper City told me they would make sure they arrived Thursday night (which they didn't) and also said they would help with claim support to get refund (which also didnt happen) Disappointed.
At the UPS Store in Country Side shop Cooper City, there is a young lady named Andrea. So helpful, polite and kind. It is so nice to be treated with such care
Very unfriendly. I had to greet them. After my package was collected I had to tell the customer service representative to have a good day and she said nothing back. If someone doesn’t like their job then they should find a new one. There’s so many places hiring smh!
They switched owners and the new people are rude and hiked prices. I had been going to this UPS for 10 years and I’m sad to see I’ll have to use another UPS now.
I did some Amazon returns at this UPS store and the service is fantastic! The employees are fast and very pleasant. Plus the store looks great. I will definitely come back.
Dulce was very polite and professional! She was very efficient at helping me to complete my fingerprints for my employer background check. I definitely recommend this UPS store if you're trying to get stuff done and have a laugh too!
Do not offer a notary service if you cannot provide it. We went on Saturday the 22nd and there was no notary available. We went today the 24th at 5: 50 pm and the notary left us waiting for exactly 30 minutes, it was just us waiting to notarise, I had to cancel an important appointment. Additionally, we don't know if notarizations are useful because she wasn't sure. We will only return to this USP if the documents are rejected and you must correct the notarization. We always went to notarize here with other employees and we never had problems.
Disappointed today.always come here with no issues. The lady today one already had an attitude, two normally they hand me a bag to return amazon things. Today had me get an envelope. The price ended up being $5. I told her I wish you would of told me the price. There was no price on it. I was thinking it would be a couple of dollars. Yes it my fault for not asking price but her comment was " well you can't expect things are free". She needs to work on customer service skills. Wasn't expecting it to free!
New absentee owners dont care about long time customers with mailbox. New staff don't know how to run this UPS store. They "nickel and dime" on everything. They want raise my rental over $120 more than last renewal! Looks like I'll be relocating to PakMail. New owner never called me back!
UPS Corporate responded to my poor review. They asked me to email them to help. I did so and they also ignored my direct message! Such bad customer support. Their reply to my poor review was simply "lip service" to look like they cared. They don't. So sad.
Have been coming here for a while and the manager is always so nice and polite. Went in today as normal to drop off a package and an older gentleman who claims himself as the owner was the rudest and most disrespectful person to provide customer service. Had some questions about my package and he was clearly not in the mood to answer them, how terrible is to be the owner and have the most disgusting attitude towards a client.
