This store is really bad! Employees are incompetent and when you talk to a manager/owner about a problem instead of trying to help he gets an attitude. Horrible customer service! I had medicine delivered there that is a one day delivery because it needs to be refrigerated. When I go to pick it up because I get notified it's ready they store is always unable to find my medication even though it's there. Use at your own risk.

CAME HERE JUST TO HEAR INTERNET NOT WORKING. CAN NOT SHIP CAN NOT PRINT LABELS BASICALLY NOTHING! FIX YOUR F-ING BUSINESS!

If I could give negative stars I would, I run a small private label dog treat business and we tried to drop off some orders we ship out for clients and we were turned away every time saying we can only take 5 packages only for USPS. First time the guy at the counter with pony tail was beyond rude to us, then the second time we tried again had like 30 small shipping envelops to go out via USPS to see if maybe he was just having a bad day, the guy at the counter said sure no problem bring them in, went out to get the box of envelops to ship and the pony tail guy came out from the back being all rude saying NO we won't take them. So we had to drive and find another location to drop off too.

This is the worst service I have received from any UPS store I have gone to drop off shipments. I've used one in Carrollwood, Tampa off Kennedy and off Dale Mabry and even one in Palm Harbor and had exceptional service, and they were more than happy to take my packages that needed to ship. I will never go to this one again! Even if I had one package I wouldn't even chance it that the guy would take the package.

I recently visited the UPS Store to get my fingerprints taken for a new job. I was impressed with the high level of cleanliness and the professionalism displayed by the staff. They explained the procedure to me in detail, which made the task a lot easier. Additionally, the staff was polite and helpful to every customer that walked in. Overall, it was a great experience.

I’ve been using this UPS store for about four years and I’ve never had an issue! All the employees are super friendly when you walk in the greet you there’s always enough staff so that you’re not standing around a long time… The employees are always kind enough to help me tape. My package is out for delivery make sure all my information is correct and I believe they all go above and beyond.

I want to especially thank Scott who is the owner of the specific UPS because I delivered a package to my sister up in Boston, who never received it and Scott worked with me on the phone for about 15 minutes today to find out what happen with the tracking up north, and that it was not an issue of the Florida UPS it was an issue of up north and he was kind enough to help me rectify getting this package back out today! Scott is incredibly pleasant, friendly helpful and if you are lucky enough to see him in the UPS store, you can tell he genuinely likes his job and is always smiling and loves his customers!

I love this store! Can’t understand why it’s so underrated because the staff over there is really friendly and the owner is a great knowledgeable guy, patient enough to listen to people and come up with smart ideas to find a way to help costumers at no extra cost. Today, He was kind enough to even share a few words in my mother language (Spanish) to make me feel confortable. Him and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond whenever I’ve been to this particular store. Good job guys! Keep it up!

3 stars because Monica and Micheal are great. The other guy who messed up my label, tried to tell me there’s nothing he can do is not, and was ready to make me leave until Monica figured it out… he is bad.
Also, you should be more careful about who you talk bad about. People who you wouldn’t expect can speak Spanish.

I dropped off envelope at this location which contained a bid worth several thousand dollars and was supposed to be delivered next day air by 10: 30am. A staff member scanned it and provided a receipt. When I checked the tracking info the next day, I saw that it never left the facility even though I dropped it off an hour before UPS's pick up time. I called this location and a staff member stated that everything was picked up the night before and there was "nothing left in the building. " I asked the staff member to check just in case and he refused and repeated that everything from the day before was picked up. I was directed to call UPS's horrendous customer service and spoke to a representative who had no idea how to resolve the issue nor knew UPS's on shipping terms and rates. I then demanded to speak to a supervisor and she stated she would "open up an investigation" to try and locate the envelope. The letter was delivered AFTER the deadline we needed to have it arrive by and we proceeded to spend another 45 minutes, being transferred several times speaking to multiple reps who can’t speak English, attempting to get a refund. UPS's mistake has cost my company revenue and make it nearly impossible to get issues resolved and get refunds for missed deliveries.

I've had great experience with every visit and it is a very spacious UPS store making it the best place when you have many documents to print and sort out.

The manager who is an older gentleman is a true gentle man who is professional yet kind.

Thanks for making life easier & better at this UPS store.

Annoyed. When I came in I was immediately rushed to send my package, and when I was waiting for more information from the receiving party the attendant told me “it’s fine last name isn’t important” which seemed sketchy? ! Like I’m sending a package across the country I want to make sure it get to the correct person! Seems like UPS doesn’t care where the package gets sent to as long as they get your money. I was so distracted by this off-putting information I misread the confirmation address that she inputted incorrectly and it got returned. So long story short: don’t waste your money here unless you’re willing to risk the 50/50 chance of it getting anywhere.

Michael is a very nice, professional gentleman. Not only did he assist me with my fingerprinting appointment, he was able to accommodate me earlier. Would highly recommend this location
